HousingPANIC Stupid realtor Quote of the Day

"I'm not a real estate bum. I wear diamonds, Rolexes and necklaces. I'm a classy Realtor."

- Liz Seither, President of Executive Preferred Properties

(check out the full article HP'ers - nice to see realtors were among the biggest housing gamblers. Like crack dealers doing crack. Not a good idea.)

Ten questions for our realtor friends

"Life's too short to be a realtor"©

Here's ten questions for our realtor readers for starers. HP'ers feel free to add you own. Let's see if we can get one of the ramen eaters to answer truthfully, although I know that's a near impossibility, hey, it's worth a shot.

And realtors, don't hate HP. We're just trying to help. The first step toward recovery is admiting you have a problem. And your problem is your job. Get a new one. Then everything will get better.

HousingPANIC's 10 Questions for realtors:

1) Why the heck do you troll HP? Shouldn't you be out trying to sell a house?

2) Really, how bad is it out there? Seriously, how bad is it out there?

3) Can you tell the truth, or is your whole existence based on lies, spin and distortion?

4) Aren't you ashamed of what you do?

5) Are you looking for new work? Why not?

6) Do you wish the bubble blogs would just go away so you could get back to screwing clueless sheeple for a commission?

7) Do you understand what's happening, and what's coming?

8) Why do you give any money to Lawrence Yun and the NAR?

9) When you were a little kid, did you ever think you'd grow up to be part of such a worthless, corrupt and slimy business?

10) Don't you feel like you owe HP'ers, and America, an apology?

HousingPANIC Stupid Question of the Day

Instead of trying to help, instead of trying to change minds, instead of trying to convince people of what's happening and what's to come...

Should ya just say F it right about now?

At what point HP'ers do you throw in the towel, realize that some people just can't be helped, take care of yourself and your family, and move along?

And let the lemmings do what they're gonna do anyway.

It's always a great time to buy and sell and pay a commission!

I'm trying out new NAR taglines

What do you think?

"REALTORS are your friends!"

"Think of your REALTOR's commission as a small tip for a job well done"

"Use a REALTOR every time you buy or sell a home. You wouldn't book your own travel reservations now would you?"

"The oldest profession gets paid thousands of dollars an hour too - why shouldn't REALTORS?"

"Who do you trust - your REALTOR or yourself? Exactly!"

"REALTORS are honest, educated, impartial and highly trained"

"Buying a home without a REALTOR is like having toast without butter"

"REALTOR is capitalized because REALTORS are REALLY REALLY IMPORTANT PEOPLE"
