There's nothing misleading about the ad. I think everyone here will agree that REALTORS (TM) have as much financial acumen as those 5-year olds.
My three-year old kid could do that.
The house in the commercial is at 346 Markham Place, Pasadena. Ca 91105. In the 91 real estate bust it sold for $300,000 when its owner passed away. Today its worth around 2-3 million.
Agreed. I would guess that the 5 year old would know more about finances than the Realtwhores (TM). They were taught by Barney. The REIC is taught by the NAR.

Something is strange about that ad. All the people have 70's style haircuts. Is this an old ad or something?
