Leased Lexus - check. Hellhole Tampa condo - check. Putting up new "Price Reduced" sign - check. Bodyguard - ???

Hat-tip to HP'er Sofia on this one. She says the real estate clerk also mentioned most of her clients get their liar's loan financing via IndyMac.

Now hurry! Get out of that neighborhood before they start taking numbers for who gets to swipe the Lexus!

you forget that the new world order people do not want people to become attached to lands or neighborhoods as you might take matters into your own hands and lose dependance to the nanny states controls of more than 50% of business and people and take away the power of the controlers, and might take self protections and defense and local community protection protections from the "helpers" help.

Hey, neg am loans have yet to max out. When those hit their limits, the default rate will soar and lenders like WaMu and IndyMac will be forced to come clean on their books.

Looks like there is a REIC troll here that is sick of eating ramen & instead of letting go and getting a real job, s/he is taking pot shots and exaggerating thing to an absurd extreme in order to try and make a lame counter point.

Riddle me this: How many people relative to the greater population in 1929 were participating on the margin in the stock market? It did not take a very large portion of the population to be overleveraged in an overinflated market to affect the economy when they got the margin call.

Enough took a hit to cause damage to the banking system and to cause comsuption to be curtailed to produce an economic slowdown of historic proportions.

I AM NOT PREDICTING A DEPRESSION. I am only calling attention to a historical dynamic that did and drawing parallels to the current dynamic. I have no idea what is going to happen, but I am not so smug and conceited to pan someone's comments w/ a ridiculous parade of horribles extrapolation.

Please, people. Learn the difference between "lose" and "loose".

"Lose" means to miss from one's possession, or to suffer a deprivation of.

"Loose" means your mom.

If you're tired of me posting here, please type "loose" one more time when you mean "lose". I'll blow my brains out.

Loosers. Oops . . . I mean losers.

You are a sad human being. In most states it is against the law to park your car on the sidewalk and for good reason.

The reason being that it poses an unnecessary public safety risk.

Your response is typical of the sad mentality of so many real estate agents, mortgage brokers and appraisers who feel that if you can get away with it then it is against the law.
