B) Their major donors (banks, investment houses and Fannie and Freddie) failing because the sheeple stopped paying

No provisions to save a person with 50% equity if job loss or illness threaten foreclosure.
But 0% downpayment 2006 purchases the bank will lose money foreclosing on? Were far too compassionate to throw those people out of their homes.
The initiative is with the banks to drop 15% and get the FHA to insure.
