Looks like his fellow realtors have finally figured out that Greg Swann is an ass

And HP'ers ask:

What took them so long?

Read the posts and the hilarious comments. I'm not sure what's caused this realtor on realtor violence, but it's fun to watch... Thanks HP'ers for the links... and remember, don't go to his blog, he only wants traffic.

Why Greg Swann Should Ban Himself from Bloodhound Blog

Seriously he can't be making money these days

Anyone know what he is talking about where he says he know longer links to housingpanic? He only linked to us once when he wrote that rather foolish article attacking HP and thereby setting off 2 years of being regularly pounded into the ground by Keith.

He is desperate for the attention I see. Perhaps he should re-start the war with housingpanic?

I notice he was all keen when it first started but withdrew when it became increasingly obvious that we were right about the housing crash all along.

He probably feels rather foolish now and has decided that the best course of action is to ignore HP and hope the flying monkeys go away and leave him alone.

His contributors are leaving his blog in droves - must be bad for business!

If you plan to teach marketing, you ought to know that your brand, which is BHB (I’ve seen the conference logo), should not spew ad hominem attacks on other bloggers– it’s certainly no way for real estate agents to get business. And if you plan to give me the “do as I say, not as I do” Swannism, save it.

Yes, we are all big boys & girls and can take his “uncivilized rants”. But we DON’T have to support them or him. I don’t. I would think you would take a stand — but perhaps calling out your business partner makes the decision a tough one, perhaps impossible for you. But then again you may think there was no personal attack– that would be eye-opening to me. Do you see it as a personal attack, Brian? You have steadfastly refused to answer. But as I told you, as a friend, I think you should give your answer. If you think it is, you should scold your partner, not the mob. You know what they say about sleeping with dogs.

But do me a favor and stop making it all about “your” conference– it insults my intelligence. It is, and will remain, about Greg Swann. When he crashes the car don’t blame the mob because you chose the passenger seat.

Lastly, take a look at those missing from the BHB contributing author sidebar— Jay Thompson, Kris Berg & Jim Duncan. All are respected bloggers. Either you lump them in the mob or controlled by the mob— or you take their actions to tell you something.

Zach Goldwater makes a great comment showing Swannie's sales are in the toilet. He actually checked with a title company and found out Swan sold like 2 or 3 properties in all of 2007. Looks like the bloodhound is begging for table-scraps. Ah, sweet justice.

His ego is gonna explode today

PRICELESS! I'M F*CKING ROLLING ON THE FLOOR!

Swannhole has managed to alienate even his fellow realtors.

I say we send those two posts to all his "contributors" whose careers are being stained by their association with Swanndive and watch them bail!

re: watch them bail.

Maybe not. Check out the comments sections some of Swann's biggest rumpswabs like Brian Brady are busy at work with both lips on Swann's *ss.

Here's hoping that all Swann's former "swannies" will come on over to HP, and join us all in slamming the smart ass. Keefer and HP set him straight.

Logic and Greg Swann's blog make about as much sense as would a Hillary Clinton/Ron Paul presidential ticket.

He must be running up his credit cards something fierce about now

By the way, is that a picture of Nicolas Retsinas? Looks like a Bijon Frise.

Here's what Swann didn't understand before he gave his 21 reasons and talked about making millions. It was all fake, fueled by mortgage fraud and out-of-control lending

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080218/ap_on_bi_ge/subprime_wall_street

BOSTON - Regulators are trying to punish Wall Street for mortgage finance practices that expanded home ownership and spread risk among a host of new players — but also may have duped borrowers and investors who supplied cash to fuel a housing boom that's turned bust.

There was a former fast-food manager (or maybe he was a teacher -sorry, the old noggin ain't what i once was) who fancied himself an investor and I believe Keith pointed this blog to his postings on a website forum detailing his adventures.

Last year I was reading about how his monthly nut was increasingly hard to keep up with, and he was desperately trying to unload some of his San Diego properties, but wanted to hold on to his Utah tract homes to bank the 'appreciation.'

Does anyone here know of whom I speak? I'm rather curious to know if hes still poisting, and is there an update?

I'd Google it but I'm not sure I have enough criteria to submit.

Is this the source of his bloodhound rant about "the re.net"? I tried to leave a (sure to be moderated) comment telling him that he doesn't respond because he can't, but that one post appears to have comments disabled altogether.

What an ass.

Still, it is probably his best way forward. Arguing with people would just make him look like he is not in control of the facts. Being completely wrong doesn't help him either.

and another thing. Read the posts for his "Unchained" event.

He is trying to do that form of marketing where you say, "this is only for big boys and girls", but his writing is so stilted that he comes off as an almost frightening authoritarian figure.

He goes on about he doesn't want to be your friend and he won't put up with your incompetence...

It's just... weird...

That Jay Thompson and Kris Berg are mysteriously missing from the bloodpup sidebar is quite telling. They are both very respected real estate bloggers and apparently no longer contributing to the puppy blog.

No announcement from Swann. Why not? Why did they leave?

Hmmmmmmm..........

This sounds like Jeff over on the sdcia.com site. I have no update, but try that site. I know TexasChk57 used to throw some bombs their way, much to my amusement.

I love it, should be added into the dictionary with his stupid mug.

Off the subject... But inspired by the photo!

I AM sooooo HAPPY that a Beagle (Snoopy) won the Westminster.

Sorry POODLES but you had your time in the limelight.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - A crowd-pleasing beagle known as Uno was named best in show at the prestigious Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show on Tuesday, becoming the FIRST of his breed to win the U.S. canine world's top prize in its 132-year history.

Add Greg Swann to the list of others in history such as Henry Blodget or Abby Joseph Cohen.

People that spew rhetoric but actually convey little substance.

I just wished they put him in that cute flight aviator outfit Snoopy used to wear in his mock battles with the Red Baron. :-)
