FLASH: Wells Fargo steals $1,000 from iamfacingforeclosure.com kid

So Casey owes Wells Fargo $84,000 (that they'll never see again), and those darn bastards had the audacity to take $1,000 out of his checking account to pay a past due amount on the 84 large.

So Casey accuses them of "stealing" the $1000 from him.

I'm tellin ya, iamfacingforeclosure.com is the most entertaining blog on the internets. I left advice that he should file for bankruptcy today. Now. Get 'er done.

The fact that a 23 year old kid could swindle $2.4 million from the banks (i.e. China) is just amazing and Casey will be the star of the 2008 Congressional Hearings, after his jail term...

Wells Fargo Stole $1000 From Me… or that’s how it feels at least.

I woke up this morning later than planned but it’s OK because I woke up motivated for once ready to take on life and start organizing/reassessing my mess.

Then I login to my Wells Fargo personal checking account and see a debit of $1,099 pending. I
don’t recognize the description so I call to see what is going on.

I find out that because my WF credit line is 83 days past due they made an “offset” from my personal account to catchup the credit line.

“You are allowed to do that?” I asked. They said yes according to the terms of the loan that I signed.

“But I need that money to live on! My landlord is going cash the check today and it will bounce now. Can’t we reverse the offset or appeal it somehow??” I asked. The rep checked with the supervisor and said they cannot reverse it.

That boy is just one big sweaty train wreck!

Mortgage Fraud Blog has dozens of stories like Casey's. The wheels grind slowly. Will we see Casey on Mortgage Fraud Blog some day? Casey is clueless. He steals $2.2 million and gets pissed because Wells Fargo takes money out of his account to pay some of his obligations? HAHAHA!! Remind me to close my Wells Fargo account, they sound like real idiots to loan Case wad that much moolah. Oh yeah, I don't have an account with them. HAHAHA!! (again)

I think we need to find somebody who sold Casey his houses at the top of the market, and us HP'ers should take him out for a round of drinks and sit and tell jokes all night.

The kid doesn't even have enough money for rent or food anymore

This is going to end badly. I hope he keeps blogging.

RUN CASEY RUN!

"The rep checked with the supervisor and said they cannot reverse it."

The supervisor is actually Nelson from "The Simpsons." He was in the background yelling, "HA-HA!"

this is just too hilarious. This made my day. Laughing really out loud

Wait a minute. Bear with me a moment. This guy bought 2.4 million worth of homes and he has a landlord? Meaning, he rents?

Gotta love it.

In related news, now that Lareah and the REIC says the bust is over, I can gobble up Casey's distressed properties without fear of losing my OWN shirt! Thank god the bust is over! Yay!

Anonymous said...

Thank god the bust is over!

WRONG!

The knife (of falling RE prices) has just started its multi-year drop... and if you try to catch it you are going to bleed badly.

The latest installment of the loser processional on cnnmoney. This dimwit paid $32k for a single wide on a rented lot and can't figure out why she can't sell it for the same money six years later? Hahaha!!

the kid is a renter?????????

just when you thought this dumb shit could not get any dumber, he comes through for us.

Go Casey, I mean Forrest.

Is this a great country or what.

where even a moron can be president. oh wait, that actually happened.

The guy has yet to create a spreadsheet -- yet is upside down on all these houses, and doesn't even have a job, or a corp/llc to run the property management enterprise. He is a great object lesson. He does not seem to understand English. Pets.com of the RE bubble.

Casey's impaired contact with reality is representative of that mass psychosis which created this bubble. The more Casey stories there are, the more the collective consciousness will realize what kind of a loser you have to be to think you can get rich by buying, renting and flipping real estate. Only then will the market have hit bottom.

For anyone who claims that the housing bubble has not spread throughout the country, lead them to this website and this listing. 32.5 acres of scrub and pasture property with an older double wide wobbly box (mobile home or trailer) for $215,000 in Percy IL. The claim to fame is that it is near a State Park in Southern IL (I've been there and the quail hunting is good but not THAT good) and a machine shed and above ground pool for all your redneck bbq needs. The industries in the area are farming, farming, farming, more farming, and some coal mining or working at the Huck's gas and grab or watching kids for other people who work at the gas n grab.

This is even more hilarious than Casey Serin accusing Wells Fargo of stealing his money.

Do something smart can you? Copying and pasting Casey's stupid post is pretty stupid.

Casey is truly the cliche of a slow moving train wreck. He also perfectly embodies the moocher mindset. Stolen indeed.

In any case, I tagged you Keith. Time to fess up...

"Sorry guys, I lived in a communist country for 18 years and I can recognize a deception when I see one. This guy and his blog are just a figment of someone’s imagination. It is old truth that the bigger the lie more people are ready to believe it. Frankly I can’t believe anyone buys any of this!!!???"

I think this guy has the right take.

- likes redneck humor
- drives '89 pickup truck
- hates mexicans
- hates jews
- despises women
- doesn't trust the government
- thinks China is out to get him

ladies and gents I present to you today's HP blogger

Banks are criminal in nature. Charging you for access to your own money. But when you stick them for 2 million plus, what is 1K.

Anonymous said...

I am so sick and tired of this clown.

Here's another $$$ free idea. I just checked domian url's and screwcasey.com is not taken yet.

Someone set up a blog wher all the traffic and revenue can be diverted full time from this idiot!!

Anonymous said...

I don't think that Casey "stole" 2.2 million, that is over blowing the situation a bit. More likely, if they can get back 1.5 million, in foreclosure, then the number is closer to 700,000... and some of that 700,000 was stolen in my book because Casey did "cash back at close."

I left this comment over at Monsieur Serin's Blog:

To all you dimwits out there: Hello? Is anyone home? You are wasting your breath on Casey, he doesn’t want your advice, he wants your comments and publicity. In case you haven’t figured it out he is trolling the ‘net for publicity, nothing else. Quit with the advice. Are you all really that stupid? Just type in gagaga… It means as much to him. Casey, you are a maddening mf. Don’t forget to ask for the “reach around”. Don’t worry, they’ll know what it means.

As each day passes, Casey's life becomes more and more like Chris Gardner in "The Pursuit of Happyness", at least up through the part where he gets kicked out on the street. I'm actually rooting for him to figure a way out, but I don't think it's gonna happen. I don't see the ingenuity.

marco said...

"83 days past due... you're allowed to do that?"

LOL! Who's allowed to do what? Casey - you are not allowed to be 83 days past due. Plain and simple. It is the bank's money not yours.

I wonder if this little "retired" web site designer would understand it like this instead...

if($past_due == 83){$checking = $checking - 1,099;}else{forclosure();}

Anonymous said...

Wells Fargo is the worst of the worst when it comes to banking. We made the mistake of using them, and every time turned around there was another fee charged to us.

Anonymous said...

Casey makes good entertainment. He puts a big red target on his chest for public target practice.

I'm sure WF took money from his account.... but how much of his stories can we believe?

Here are some samples:

Early Riser:

December 1 Statement::
For the next 30 days, December 2nd to December 31st, I will wake up at 5:55 AM, sharp. No snoozing. I will do this every single day, regardless of when I went to sleep the night before.

Reality:
He has been a huge failure on your part. He admitted not rising early on December 10 and has failed to return to this habit.
-----------------------------------
Rent Payments

December 3 Posting:
We had to borrow 4K to pay basic bills including my wife’s minimum credit card payments which jumped from 1,000 to 2,500 because of late fees and going over credit limit.

November 21 Posting:
The left over amount was supposed to fix the problems with the car. But instead we had to use the money to pay rent and to live on

Reality (from December 27 11:17 p.m. posting)
We’re behind on rent and utilities and I gave her what I can for now. She has been very patient

What is the TRUTH? Did he or did he not pay rent in November and December?
-----------------------------------
Wife’s Education:

September 9 Posting:
My wife is a full time student.

December 3 Posting:
She also expected for me to pay for college so she can finish her 4-year degree. Her parents were paying for it before but stopped as soon as she got married. I told her not to worry about it. I have it under control.

December 27 (11:17 posting)
After the wedding she took a 2.5 year break mostly because of financial reasons. Now she is determined to finish one way or another. If she quits school now who knows if she will ever finish.

He's also said she took this term/semester off and was going to start a job in January… What is the truth here?

It is easy to understand why he has developed a fan base of "haters" -- he makes it just too darn easy.

Again, he makes for great entertainment - but the guy will never be able to climb out of the hole he's found himself in...

marco said...

"serin's IT knowledge stops at html coding.. using wisiwig software."

LOL! nice.

Maybe he should have learned some CSS, XML, UNIX, SQL, Perl and PHP instead of taking those "real estate classes."

He'd probably be in a lot less trouble right now.

Anonymous said...

Well that boosts my opinion of Wells!

Now Casey is trying to play the victim again . Can anybody believe anything he might dream up .

I have never looked at Casey's web site because he isn't worth my time .

I tried to post this on Casey's blog but I keep getting an error.Someone copy/paste it and post to Casey's blog if you want.

Casey; you need to go cash now!!!
I ROBBED THE BANK MYSELF DUE TO THERE ERROR in a similiar situation. I sold a house in Cali in 2005 after 6 year so I had some money in my Washington Mutual Account. 3 months after the close I get a letter from Wamu saying that I am behind on my heloc loan payment 3 months. So I call them and it turns out that they were paid the fixed portion about 50K of the heloc because in 2004 I converted the heloc to a fixed rate. After converting to fixed I used up some more of the heloc making the last few mortgage payments and living on due to being laid off before I sold the house. The escrow company received the payoff statements from WAMU and the escrow co paid that amount. It turns out that the bank made an error b/c they didn't provide them the separate loan number that the furlough they call it generated after using the heloc after the conversion.

So now I had a 10K balance that was unsecured. So then I called the escrow company and they said that it's the bank's error but they can't make you pay it since you don't own the house anymore. SO I IMMEDIATELY WALKED INTO THE WAMU BANK AND "CLOSED MY CHECKING AND MONEY MARKET ACCOUNTS. DROVE TO ANOTHER BANK AND DEPOSITED IT THERE.

Now they stopped harrasing me and did a charge off on my credit report took me down about 50 points to 650 fico. oh well a small price to pay for 10 grand. They can never make me pay it and eventually it will fall off my credit. Besides with plenty of cash in my savings the last thing I want to do is get credit anyways. Payback time for all those overdraft fees and interest they charged me!

G'day mates!

Ozzie Tim here.

Now here's some good oil:

Our Mate Casey is good a cactus. He's runnun from one bank to another before they latch onto his Quid. I'm convinced he's got kangaroos running around in his top paddock, and he's a mighty big bludger to boot.

I'tll be back of Bourke before he gets the lockup, cause even though he got $2.2MM in debt, it's from different banks and none is that big. Look how long its takin the Fannie Mae mess to get sorted out (can you say Enron on steroids?).

Time to grab some amber fluid and enjoy his contortions.

Happy new year!

Hooroo. Ozzie Tim

This whole Casey Serin thing is a joke. I think it's all being run by a lawyer and Hollywood agent. I think they are using the blog to attract attention and they are using the comments to write the screenplay. He already has an out. That's why he keeps playing stupid. He has to go to jail to make a hook for the story. Anybody who believes otherwise is just falling for the joke. Stop feeding the joke.

Anonymous said...

LOL, I am glad to see I am not the only one who thought Casey might be a performance artist.

What do you think Casey got for Christmas this year?

I'm guessing, a sleeping bag!

No,no,no...

An army jacket!

HAHAHA

His stress list now included marital problems. I wonder why that wife of his stuck around so long and let him take her out financially also.

The kid must see serious prison time or we will have witnessed the start of a bigger problem - guvmint forgiveness of debtors at the expense of workers and savers.

"Wait a minute. Bear with me a moment. This guy bought 2.4 million worth of homes and he has a landlord? Meaning, he rents?"

Exactly what I have wondering about. Why not live in the closest house instead of renting? Maybe rent out a spare room for extra cash.

This kid is pure stupid.

Anonymous said...

To continue my post - It is my opinion that this is "reality" Hollywood in the making. Just like Borat or Jackass. You people are writing the screenplay. You are creating the "buzz". I have tried to post this several times on iamfacingforeclosure.com but my comments have been "moderated" out. Why? It is my opinion that this is all a scam. Yes it really happened but he has an out. There is an end to this game but it is millions of dollars for Casey and others. DON'T FEED THE JOKE.

Casey won't post it, but he's losing (he might prefer loosing) money on his Larchmont Drive, North Highlands, Ca. estate at a clip of $10,000 every two weeks or so. Look it up for yourself on Sacramento real estate sites, and you will see the price is now $229,000 _ for a wonderful opportunity Casey spent $330,000 to purchase only eight months ago. He lives not far away in Sacramento, so you might think he could live there _ until you see a picture of the estate and understand why it remains unsold and sinking in price even more.
