Most agents starve in boom times. The national average of sales per agent is 7 houses! 1/3rd of all agents never sell a home in any given year (part-timers)
Also, the top 10% of agents sell 90% of ALL the homes.
Don't forget the realtor prayer:
Lord please let there be another real estate boom. I promise I won't piss it away this time.

nice Keith, this just proves how much a of piece of crap of a person you are. While I do not like realtors much either and do not think the add any value, I do not wish people harm and misfortune. What goes around comes around.
