Yes, if you bought in this neighborhood before the price carnage, you're now probably bankrupt. Thank you D.R. Horton, America's BuilderTM!

Read bottom left corner of ad!
Realtors Warmly Welcomed?????
The realtor helped convince her to buy.
how are you bankrupt? rama queen.
For the guy who wondered why the kid is blonde. LOL!!! That was the first thing I thought too!
Ha! I never knew about this blog until now. This one looks like fun. To people who think I'm a nutcase on Ben's blog, shoot, I cut it way back on there.
Nice find blogger!
Thank God these homebuilders are cutting their prices.
Let's get this ball rolling already. This market's been hanging by the tenterhooks in never-never land all year.
Screw the idiots who bought last year.
They are so yesterday and I mean that sincerely.
Time to go forward into the future.
There is no housing "crash" without a HUGE reduction in prices. Get these prices back to sane levels, then we'll talk.
THANKYOU HOMEBUILDERS. 30% off is a good start.
Sheesh. It's about time.
Anyone know anything about the homes on the Big Island? Waimea Lualai? When will they drop the prices there. 500k$ for a 1400 sq ft house! 7500 sq ft of land! Crazy
amaze, you think just like me and I'm laughing at this. Errors like that take away from their so called professionalism. Turn the page. Good catch.
Just talked to agent at Lualai the other day.
Prices now starting in the upper $400's. Last year you had to enter a lottery.
Now Horton's Lualai has sitting inventory.
Same story at their project, Pualani Estates in Kona.
Hold on. Prices will be falling at these projects.
When those Lualai homes first came out..they were about 300k$...Everytime I talk to them they sound a little bit more desperate. Just lower the prices already!
the tool in the photo will still have to sacrifice his balls but for less - one nut instead of the usual two. You even get to choose which one you keep!
I know the Lualai project quite well. They recently sold around 8 units in Phase II with 3 cancellations afterwords. What you need to remember about Lualai is that DR Horton is in partnership with Parker Ranch on this particular project and they (Parker Ranch and Parker Ranch Realty) have a say in the pricing and price drops...the prices in Phase I were well below market at the time and now the project is in an over priced market. That is the case for most of the listings in West Hawaii right now...this isn't just an isolated case.
