This brings up a point though - ethical realtors. Like our friend Osman, there may be a few out there. Even though their profession got polluted by the get-rich-quick, collude with the appraiser and mortgage broker, do and say anything to get that commission type
the ethical honest ones will have careers down the road. the others will flame out.
Don't forget that the Freemasons are involved too.
