If people sued stock analysts and brokerage houses successfully after the NASDAQ bubble, will they now (be able to) sue corrupt realtors who knowingly gave bad advice, or hid information?
How about mortgage bankers who advised buyers to doctor paperwork to qualify for a higher loan?
How about appraisers who were paid off by mortgage brokers to create false appraisals?
I think there are likely some in the legal profession thinking about these questions as we speak. What do you think?
