Destroyed housing gamblers.
Failed flippers.
Exposed mortgage fraudsters.
Homes as lottery tickets.
The vast majority of people "losing their homes" are not the innocents portrayed in the media or by Hillary Clinton, taken advantage of by "predatory lenders". They're just your typical losers, chain smoking at the casino, hoping against hope for 'the big score' that never came. They're gambers who bet and lost. They're people who committed mortgage fraud, yet won't see a day in jail.
AND THEY ARE NOT DESERVING OF ANY KIND OF TAXPAYER BAILOUT. GOT THAT OBAMA? GOT THAT HILLARY? GOT THAT MCCAIN? GOT THAT PELOSI, REID, SCHUMER, DODD AND BUSH?
Thanks Seth for the link... Great series on the crash at the Minn. StarTribune. Read 'em all, and you'll be especially enraged with the rampant illegal cash-back schemes that were out there. Crime paid HP'ers, even for the gamblers going into foreclosure. Why? They got to keep the cash, and mortgage fraud isn't a crime anymore in the United States.
Housing bets gone bad
Wright County was a haven for speculators -- until they got burned in the downturn.
Across the country, from the desert suburbs of Las Vegas to the treeless subdivisions of Wright County, many homeowners face a predicament of their own making.
They gambled big that housing prices would continue to shoot up. Some bought homes as often as others buy new jeans, occasionally in return for thousands of dollars in kickbacks. These investors ranged from small-town working people looking for a quick payday to sophisticated real estate professionals who bet with other people's money, occasionally defrauding lenders in the process.
Now, with home prices falling and mortgage payments rising, panic has set in. Investors are dumping houses on the market before prices collapse further, or simply turning the keys back to the lender. That, in turn, is dragging down values for even longtime homeowners, wiping out the equity they'd built up over the years.

This is what the end of a Ponzi Scheme looks like. And these are the housing gamblers who better not get a penny of taxpayer money.

A special HousingPANIC message for Hillary Clinton: You lost. Go home.
You lost.
Go home.
You've disgraced yourself and lost without class. Your power-mad, negative and hopeless scorched-earth campaign has made a third Bush term more likely (via his surrogate McCain). And you just can't seem to get the message, so let's try one more time:
You lost.
Go home.
And take your stupid Housing Gambler Bailout plans with you.
The Long Defeat
In short, Hillary Clinton’s presidential prospects continue to dim. The door is closing. Night is coming. The end, however, is not near.
Last week, an important Clinton adviser told Jim VandeHei and Mike Allen (also of Politico) that Clinton had no more than a 10 percent chance of getting the nomination. Now, she’s probably down to a 5 percent chance.
Five percent.
Let’s take a look at what she’s going to put her party through for the sake of that 5 percent chance: The Democratic Party is probably going to have to endure another three months of daily sniping. For another three months, we’ll have the Carvilles likening the Obamaites to Judas and former generals accusing Clintonites of McCarthyism. For three months, we’ll have the daily round of résumé padding and sulfurous conference calls. We’ll have campaign aides blurting “blue dress” and only-because-he’s-black references as they let slip their private contempt.
For three more months (maybe more!) the campaign will proceed along in its Verdun-like pattern. There will be a steady rifle fire of character assassination from the underlings, interrupted by the occasional firestorm of artillery when the contest touches upon race, gender or patriotism. The policy debates between the two have been long exhausted, so the only way to get the public really engaged is by poking some raw national wound.
For the sake of that 5 percent, this will be the sourest spring

Hillary Clinton has a massive brainfart, calls on Alan Greenspan (who created the housing mess) to head a special panel to solve the housing problem
Monkeys I tell ya.
Monkeys.
Go away Hillary. Go home. You're no longer needed around here.
Clinton calls for panel on housing woes
Democrat Hillary Rodham Clinton called on President Bush on Monday to appoint "an emergency working group on foreclosures" to recommend new ways to confront the nation's housing finance troubles.
The New York senator said the panel should be led by financial experts such as Robert Rubin, who was treasury secretary in her husband's administration, and former Federal Reserve chairmen Alan Greenspan and Paul Volcker.

I think most of us would like to thank Bill Clinton for blowing the election for his wife
Well, at least we won't have this disaster to worry about anymore.
But damn, Hillary must be pissed. First Bill shamed her when he was the president, and now he's cost her the presidency himself.
Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned? How about one whose husband cost her the presidency after repeatedly cheating on her?
Good news though for HP'ers is that Clinton's stupid 5-year freeze on housing gambler interest rates and 90 day freeze on housing gambler foreclosures is as dead as her campaign.
Bush / Clinton / Bush / Clinton - nope.

From the 60 Minutes housing crash report - one more failed housing gambler couple making the decision to just turn in the keys and walk away
I hope Hillary Clinton and any other government idiot crafting together a banker bailout disguised as a housing gambler foreclosure-avoidance plan watches this video.
BOTTOM LINE: PEOPLE WHO "OWN" DEPRECIATING HOMES THAT ARE WORTH LESS THAN THEIR MORTGAGE SHOULD JUST WALK AWAY, TURN IN THE KEYS, AND RENT.
Screw the banks. They gambled too, and they lost. Hillary doesn't want her banker buddy contributors at Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and Bear Stearns to be left holding the bag, so she wants the sheeple to act against their own economic interests, and continue to make a monthly mortgage payment on a home that has crashed in value.
HILLARY - GOT SOME BAD NEWS FOR YA. THE SHEEPLE HAVE FIGURED IT OUT, THE GAME IS UP, AND NOW THEY'RE GLADLY WALKING AWAY FROM THEIR DEBT-TRAPS. AND YOUR BANKER BUDDIES ARE F*CKED.
And we can all say goodbye to no-money down liar's loans. This is what happens when people have no stake in their homes. They just ignore the contract, and walk away.

When it comes to housing and the mortgage mess, Hillary Clinton just doesn't get it
Hillary Clinton is a would-be price-fixing central planning communist who thinks contracts are unimportant, and that honest taxpayers should bail out the dishonest ones. Amazing.
Watch this CNBC video from Kudlow's show - you'll be shocked at what he has to say. And if Hillary Clinton wins the Democratic nomination, she'll get trounced by any of the Republican candidates (or Bloomberg). She doesn't get it and she'll say anything to get elected.
She may think policies like a 90-day freeze on foreclosures and a 5-year interest rate freeze for housing gamblers is popular, but for the 90% of us that didn't break the law, didn't commit mortgage fraud, didn't buy homes we couldn't afford and weren't stupid enough to take out teaser rate mortgages, her proposals ARE INFURIATING and dangerous for America.
I hope her and Bill get trounced on Tuesday. I'm sick of her already.
