Just vote 'em all out. All of 'em.
There. That wasn't so hard, was it.
No guillotines. No bullets. No goose-stepping thugs. Just a bunch of pissed off and screwed-over voters doing the most patriotic thing they can this November - overthrowing their government.
God bless America. And vote against EVERY incumbent - local, state and national. Our democracy needs an enema.
This should be fun.
Oh, on the Presidential election, kinda sucks, we get two viable choices in November and that's it, but the GOP team sure stunk up the joint these past eight years, so voting Dem (or writing in Ron Paul) is essentially voting for an overthrow. And voting Obama is more of an establishment overthrow than voting for Bill (oops, I mean Hillary) Clinton.
Come November, the American voter is gonna be PISSED. And I mean really, really PISSED. The housing crash changed everything.

FAILURES!!! (and it's gonna get worse)

Get rid of 'em in November HP'ers. Every one of 'em.
Every one of 'em.
Americans' approval of Congress sinks to new low
As President Bush and Congress battle on the budget, homeland security and the war in Iraq, Americans blame both Republicans and Democrats for the impasse.
By more than 2-to-1 margins, they give the president, congressional Democrats and congressional Republicans unfavorable ratings in a USA TODAY/Gallup Poll released Monday.
While Bush's ratings have been poor for most of the past two years, the two parties in Congress hit new lows in the poll.

GM workers who went on strike today have over $51 billion in unfunded retiree costs. Care to guess how much the US government has unfunded?
GM is smartly trying to get this $51 Billion growing disaster off its books, otherwise sure bankruptcy is around the corner. So GM workers, not understanding that they make crap cars for a crap company who has no future, went on strike today. Good luck with that. Not smart.
But folks, the US government doesn't even bother to put the future costs of retirement and health care liabilities on its books, or even have a discussion about the issue. That's right - what US corporations have to do per GAAP, the US government doesn't have to do. Or even talk about.
So that $9 Trillion debt you think we owe and are about to possibly default on? Not even close. Try $50 Trillion, per the US Comptroller report (not a stat you'll find on Fox News for sure).
So what does the future hold for America? Bankruptcy, default or dollar destruction around the corner, and radical change to our "promised" yet unfunded benefits programs and tax rates.
Thank you Democrats. Thank you Republicans. Thank you ignorant voters. You fuc*ed America. And you immorally and selfishly screwed generations of Americans to come.
You thought the housing crash was big. You ain't seen nothin' yet.

Our corrupt and pathetic Congress hits all-time low approval rating at a shocking 18%. And the housing crash is just gonna make it worse.
You vote for boobs. Party boobs. Dem and Rep boobs.
You get your news from Faux News and Daily Kos. You listen to Rush Limbaugh and Al Franken. You don't think for yourselves. You stupidly believe what the government and your media source tells you. You don't ask yourself why you're a Dem or a Rep - you just are because you always were.
You vote for Republicans who have no new ideas except blowing holes in our deficit, launching stupid wars, codifying their religious beliefs and hating Democrats.
Meanwhile, NAR and NAHB money pours into their corrupted coffers, they talk about home flipper bailouts and we sink $50 Trillion plus into debt.
It's your fault Americans. Keep it up.
Or not.
HP's 2008 election recommendation - VOTE AGAINST EVERY SINGLE INCUMBENT. EVERY LAST ONE OF 'EM.
And for President?
In the GOP primary, Ron Paul of course. In the Democratic primary, you're on your own. And in the general election, vote for the Independent. Send a message. And this year, the Independent can win. The two-party system is yesterday's news. Just like the NAR and MLS. And the housing crash will be the catalyst.
Congress Approval Rating Matches Historical Low
Just 18% approve of job Congress is doing
PRINCETON, NJ -- A new Gallup Poll finds Congress' approval rating the lowest it has been since Gallup first tracked public opinion of Congress with this measure in 1974. Just 18% of Americans approve of the job Congress is doing, while 76% disapprove, according to the August 13-16, 2007, Gallup Poll.
That 18% job approval rating matches the low recorded in March 1992, when a check-bouncing scandal was one of several scandals besetting Congress, leading many states to pass term limits measures for U.S. representatives (which the Supreme Court later declared unconstitutional). Congress had a similarly low 19% approval rating during the energy crisis in the summer of 1979.
