I've noticed you are referencing Glenn Beck all of a sudden like he is someone to be taken seriously--I'll never forget him laughing and saying "Burn baby burn" during a recent wildfire here-- I say FUCK GLEN BECK, HE SUCKS!

I like how Beck tries to claim that his staff of researchers fact-checked to determine Lereah and Yun's accuracy. There is a blog that has already done that for us and it has been posting Lereah and Yun predictions for, like, over a year now. Beck just stole from that blog outright.
I expect this is what we're going to get from the MSM: they will be fighting each other to take credit for warning about housing early and they will do so by demonizing those who publicly took the opposite view. The MSM will act like Greg Swan who now claims to have been warning his 'clients' all along about buying real estate in 'certain areas' of phoenix.
Glenn Beck has been having peter schiff and David Walker on his show for well over a year now. He's not jumping in on the last minute- he's been there for a while, just like when he was the first of the conservative talk show hosts to say Bush sucks...some still don't even admit that much!

He actually sent me (the blogger behind the Lereah & Yun Watch) an email saying his staff had checked out my blog. So you have a point.
I hate Glen Beck normally but for once he's actually right...pigs must be flying.
For a minute there, I thought that Glenn had switched to Comedy Central!
He is really a complete, total ass, but always entertaining.
I don't like Beck's style, but he did a good job here, NAR destroyed. On the other hand, they are an easy target now, why not shooting the liars down and have some fun?

I'll admit, I can't stand Beck's personal style and for that reason never watch him. So for all I know he did call the housing bubble years ago.
Still, that Glen Beck didn't even acknowledge the Lereah and Yun watch blog is practically plagiarism. This tells me he is a follower and I find it unlikely that he made much noise about the housing bubble until it was already crashing.
Am I being judgemental? Sure, but I'm good at it.

Someone keeps drinking the NAR Kool Aid. My neighbor here in the Tampa suburbs just put his house up for sale at a 2005 price after bullying/manipulating the HOA into passing new appearance standards last year.
The newly-minted realtwhore handling the listing, another neighbor, sold Porsches (plural sp?) in San Diego for a living up until last year. He just doesn't quite "get it" yet, but, from what I can tell, Top Ramen isn't on the menu at their house ... for now.
Lawrence Yun has herpes of the mouth. He just doenst know when to shut his pie hole.
Transaction parasites...what do you EXPECT them to say? Like any parasite, they will do anything to continue to feed.
