Suzanne failed to mention that the only thing she researched was her 6% commision.

Holy crap. The realtor didn't want to clean it up I guess. That's really a masterpiece there.

The real foreclosures of Orange County

ABOVE THE CUT: This Stanton 4 bedroom 3 bath at 10207 Banff Street last sold for $557, 536 in August of 2007. The homebuyer "cut lawns for a living," a neighbor told me, adding, "Boy, I don't know how he got that loan." Soon after the purchase, there were 15 people living inside. Starting bid now: $159,000.

That graffiti will rub right out.

I like the caption of the photo with that house. "Did I miss this episode of Trading Spaces?" LOL! Yeah, it's the one where the gang members living in the cellar of a foreclosed house trade spaces with the freaking housecleaning neighbor who bought a house for more than $500 grand. Good Lord, California is so screwed.

I ran up $70K in credit card bills. Of course that wasn't my fault. The evil banks made me do it!
That's some funny shit!

I feel gloating and a bit nostalgic at the same time. Credit-card and HELOC-happy SUV-driving sheeple got what they deserved for their greed and stupidity. On the other hand, America is becoming a third-world ghetto.

I am appalled by the sheeple's lack of critical thinking and failure to assume responsibility for their decisions actions. I sometimes joke that whoever invents an advertising vaccine should get a Nobel prize in Medicine and Economics.

Smoking-related diseases - blame the tobacco industry.
Obesity, diabetes type 2, heart disease - blame the food industry.
Housing crisis - blame the REIC.
Credit crisis, being up to your neck in debt - blame the credit industry.

I so wish andrew hac would write another of his sarcastic comments here!

Suzanne said it's NOT graffiti, it's Angelic Script.

How many people can say their homes were visited by angels who used the house as a guest book log?

Wow! That slide show was a real eye-opener. It just tickles me to see those houses. A few years back I had relatives in California saying that I was retarded for not plunking down everything I had for a 1929 house that still had the old fashion plugs and a leaking roof with rotting floors for a meer 380,000. BTW, the house was only a two bedroom in some small crappy valley farm town. They kept saying, "But the section 8 rental prices are great and you will always get paid from the government."

I love how the cherub husband gives in at the end and the submissive tone of his voice as he mentions the size of the garage but he's obviously worried about the price suzanne researched but totally lacks self esteem to tell the "hoity toity wife" NO! since maybe shes the only piece of ass he's ever gotten

That husband buckled like a cheap chinese tent.
