Where do we even start?
Twin butthole babies separated at birth?
Dumb and dumber
I like the white guy better
The question could be asked: which is worse?
Tough to answer that one. Yun seems more like a hapless idiot who lies everytime he opens his mouth. Perhaps Lereah was more dangerous since he was slightly more well-spoken. But compared to Yun, that's not saying much.
Maybe the question should be phrased this way: which would you rather commit suicide? Have to say Lereah: he's just such a filthy bastard.
Two girlie men looking for love in all the wrong places?
Not worth thinking about.
Liar, Liar, House on Fire!
psssssst...........the bailout is coming.
Anybody notice that David Lereah looks like Peter Schiff? Must be his evil twin.
Chinky and the Brain...

The pump don't work

took the handle.
Both are clueless, when it comes to real estate;that's true. I guess that if I had to pick the worst of the two, it would be Lereah. As "Paul Math" said, Lereah is somewhat well-spoken, relative to Yun. Lereah can convince the sheeple easier.
The dangerous thing about Yun is that I believe that this guy actually thinks that he speaks the truth. Now, that's dangerous.
Earth to Yun: There is indeed trouble on the homefront, regardless of your twisted "facts".
Lawrence Yun has herpes of the mouth. If you listen to him, you'll get herpes too.
David Lereah!(Lereah=Liar+Diarrhea)

Thank you Mr. Liareah, you were one of the chief promotors of the housing bubble!
It is very funny to read the reviews on amazon on Liareah's books.
"Hats off to Dr. David Lereah for defying those naysayers and proponents of a real estate bubble"

"For a beginning investor in real estate or a savvy investor with experience, there is new and valuable information for helping one acquire more wealth by balancing one's financial portfolio with what Mr. Lereah believes, as I do, is America's greatest investment--real estate."
