You had me at the hot tub....

OMG. I could have done without that hot tub scene!

As a lifelong SoCal, I wonder how common it is elsewhere to invite clients over for naked hot tubbing. When I bought my house in the OC, all I received was a gift certificate for an Asian massage with happy ending. Well...and a shopping list magnet.

Sterilize Steven with the high voice from Hollywood immediately.

If there are already children, find them and drown them in the hot tub -Oops!.

This gene pool must END NOW.

Pathetic, but typical.

Sacrifice 1 realwhore per town per day. . .

Stephen and George Bush should get together.

They could play 'sink-the-submarine' in the hot tub.

Maybe there would be a breakthrough in Bush's thinking after the soak...

This video proves there is absolutely NO professionalism in Real Estate NONE!

That agent was so shallow, he cared more to show off his magnets than he cared to earn a client. What's more he crossed the line inviting his client to skinny dip in his hot tub! That is why they are called RealWhores!!! They'll do anything to earn that buck...

NO Integrity Whatsoever!

Maybe everyone missed the obvious - this realtor seemed pretty successful much to our dismay. Has a very lavish home (probably in debt) and it didn't appear he was in financial trouble. Damnit, when are these realtors going to bite the dust?
