Casey states that his new partner is Damion Lupo. Take a look at what Lupo is doing in Memphis TN.
He is buying old tenament ghetto housing and packaging them for the new influx of hispanic slave labor.
Who said that the Confederacy lost the civil war? Slavery and free trade are king again.

Damion Lupo, CEO of Denali Property Group, says the company is looking at other buildings and building opportunities in Memphis, focusing on Midtown rather than Downtown.

As for the company's first foray into Memphis with the Whitehaven property, he says it was an opportunity for them to take what had been an eyesore and create some attractive housing.

The Southwind apartment complex, which Denali is renaming Casa Guadalupe, is being marketed toward Hispanics, with Guadalupe nodding toward the patron saint of Mexico.

Linnes says the apartments, with rents ranging from $475 per month for 1 bedrooms to $650 for three bedrooms, will have bright colors and accent walls.

Anything to take the other FB sheeple's minds off their own problems. Everyone is a victim now Keith.

Any kind of media narcotic works, so just give em' a fix!

Casey will go to jail first, he is the little guy and hs no money to pay for the justice he desires, thus if they enforce the laws again both casey and tangilo the casey goes to jail while tangilo goes to his mansion and fights for years. The only justice tangilo will have served upon him is the fact that he may have to hand over many of those millions of ill gotten gains to his legal defense team!!, i.e. the lawyers always win:)

Hey, if he's getting the message out on national television that the reality of house flipping is not quite like they portray it on "Flip this house" he's doing something worthwhile. Also, the more exposure he gets the easier it will be for people to point him out as a reason we should not waste taxpayers money on a housing bailout.

Unbelievable!

Let it go, folks, fraudsters get air time and become heroes, just like in third world countries. Enjoy your Republican government.

Are you kidding me? Who is going to buy Casey a multimillion-dollar lawyer to fight off the charges?
If either of these two clowns--Casey or Orangezilla--goes to jail it would be Casey months or years before his Orangeness.
$500 million can buy a lot of justice, right Angelo?

Is that blog for real? And who is that other loser - Damien Lupo?

Why is he not in jail for fraud by now? Why? Why?

What kind of country do we live in where such an egregious criminal is allowed to walk free and even potentially earn money by his pathetic public appearances?

Casey writing a book? What kind of sucker will take financial advice from the poster-boy for irresponsible and incompetent behavior?

Are people so dumb that they will listen to a 25-year old financial failure before people who rightly forecast this mess throughout the whole process?

Look it up yourself:

Taken from Oct 8th,2007 interview on Larry King Live with President Fox of Mexico!

KING: E-mail from Mrs. Gonzalez in Elizabeth, New Jersey. "Mr. Fox, I would like to know how you feel about the possibility of having a Latin America united with one currency?"

FOX: Long term, very long term. What we propose together, President Bush and myself, it's ALCA, which is a trade union for all of the Americas. And everything was running fluently until Hugo Chavez came. He decided to isolate himself. He decided to combat the idea and destroy the idea...

KING: It's going to be like the euro dollar, you mean?

FOX: Well, that would be long, long term. I think the processes to go, first step into is trading agreement. And then further on, a new vision, like we are trying to do with NAFTA.

Ugh. I'm sooooooo sick of Keith tracking Casey.

Keith, I hope your dreams are filled with fat chicks & midgets until you stop posting about Casey.

I thought he said he was going away for a while.

Oh, well. He's pathological.

maybe they will arrest him after the show?

"Accepting reality is tough sometimes"

Heh.

I feel sorry for Casey because the only thing between his tragedy of today and the comfortable life he might have had was about 3 or 4 years.

Had he launched in '98 and cashed out in '04 he would have been good.

What a POS!!! After writing and updating that he is gone forever and will not do the Dr Phil Show, he does exactly that. What a POS

Don't tell me people are still following that one trick pony. Geez, at least Paris made a porn video. All Casey did was go bankrupt and screw up his marriage.

Why is everyone so angry with this kid? OK he made a mistake. Did he hurt anyone? Not really, the only people he actually hurt are the same ones that gamed this system from the beginning. The banks loaned him the money right? Now they are crying fraud. Oh boo flippin hoo. They DESERVED to lose every penny that they lost. Leave the guy alone. The only difference between him and anyone else on this blog is timing and guts. He gambled, he lost. There are many Casey's that got lucky and got out before the mess, and are living quite nicely. The banks gambled, got greedy and they lost. Get over it...

Is that elephant a reference to the GOP? "Lick me," the old pachyderm said, "Lick me, I dare you. Here, I'll even assume the pose." Yeah, yeah... gross. Well so is the GOP.

This cements the reality that:

* Casey is a sociopath. Not really much different than OJ.

People like this have no clue whatsoever of their mental issues.

I'm not sure Casey is a better bet for jail than the Orange Man. Casey is a garden variety failed flipper. Prosecuting him would be a gimme. Any politically ambitious federal prosecutor would salivate over a big prize like Angelo. The justice system may get around to targeting Casey, it may not.

they will make it seem like the kid got ripped for his lunch money of a few million

"Why is everyone so angry with this kid? OK he made a mistake. Did he hurt anyone? Not really, the only people he actually hurt are the same ones that gamed this system from the beginning. The banks loaned him the money right? Now they are crying fraud."

A mistake is putting it mildly. He blatantly committed fraud by lying on his loan applications.

Yes, it appears on the surface that only the banks and other investors were affected.

The problem, though, is that him (and many other investors like him) participated in inflating the housing bubble, not legitamitely, but by inflating their own income on loan applications. This pushed up prices of real estate that made it impossible for decent, financially responsible people (i.e. those that take fixed loans, do not use their houses as ATMs, play by the rules, and do not get into unnecessary debt) to realistically afford a decent house, whereas such decent people could have realistically afforded a decent house if it weren't for the bubble.

True, Casey alone can't be blamed for all of this, but he is the epitome of such egregiously fraudulent investing. Those of us, like me, who are "angry with this kid" are angry at him and others like him. We are angry at the legal system for the fact that he has NOT been prosecuted for his crimes. We are angry at the media for portrying him as some kind of underdog hero and/or victim when he appears on talk shows.

When people like Casey Serin walk free and are portrayed in a positive light, it is a punch in the stomach to decent law-abiding citizens. Our society should be one where those who are illegally cheating their way through life should be punished, not rewarded, to be fair to those who play by the rules. Taking away the fear of repercussions for our crimes simply motivates people to commit crimes and society breaks down. Now do you understand, "Casey is just a mark"?

Didn't Casey himself say on this very board that he wasn't going to go on Dr Phil? And that as per agreement with his estranged wife that he was going to avoid the media? Whoops.
