HousingPANIC gate-crashes The Times "Top 25 Property Blogs" list

Here's the list, and what they had to say about little ol' HP.

Funny they think HP is an "American blog" even though I'm sitting a few blocks away from their office in London. But then again, the Arizona Republic thought HP was an Arizona blog, even though I'm thousands of miles away in England.

Gotta love the MSM...

We've scanned cyberspace to for the best property blogs on the web... Enjoy

HousingPANIC
American blog with a decidedly pessimistic slant, it nonetheless brings you loads of property market news and a gazillion links to other useful places on the web.

One for the word "gazillion" - I think that's just a little under the US debt.

You deserve it Keith. While I occasionally add comments to major market articles, yours is the only blog in which I regularly participate. Good topical coverage, great writing, smart and diverse bloggers, and always changing.

If you have the chance to visit Yeovil (Somerset), say hello to my ex-wife at the Swan Theatre!

I love that part. They wish they had tinfoil hats as cool as ours, lol. Congrats!

#23? WTF?

Any blog needs a good villain to stir things up. Keith, you need to put out a help wanted sign to get HP some quality asses. Otherwise HP stays on the fringe of the top 25.

In their review of your site Keith, they confuse pessimism with reality.

Reality is now hitting home (literally) for miilions of Americans, with many to come as the year progresses, and into the next.
