Lots of Phoenix homeowners will be eating crates of Top Ramen as their home equity slowly shrinks away. Was gonna move away but the entertainment value of watching all the losers in the Phoenix area and East valley lose their ATM machine home equity was too good to pass up.

Pork flavored because flippers and realtwhores are little piggies.

Pork flavored - that's only for special realtor nights like when a prospecitive client returns a call

I'm going long on Ramen. Here's the Official Ramen Home Page:

Keith, Got cash as in $USD? Moon shot today. As I have said before, there's a big damn difference between liquidity/debt and money stock.

Anyone that thinks it's in the best interest of China to allow the $USD to tank is a fool!

I eat Top Ramen.

I live in Glendale AZ, I paid off my home and am debt free. I live in a gated community on 3/4 acres, 3000+ sq ft custom home.

I drive a 2007 Tahoe, its paid for. My wife drives a 2006 4Runner, paid for. I pay off my credit cards monthly and have never carried a balance.

I sold all my properties over the last few years and am now sitting on the sidelines with cash and gold, watching the DOW soar without guilt or consternation.

I have a case of assorted flavor Top Ramen in my pantry because I like to eat it. I like chicken flavor the best. Pork flavor is pretty good too. Beef flavor seems to be a bit strong for some reason and I only put in half a packet. I often cut up some veggies and add them to the mix.

There is nothing better than a bowl of Top Ramen, cold milk and a side salad in front of my 60" HD TV watching the playoffs.

May all those associated with real estate rot in hell.

Happy Baby Boomer in Glendale AZ

I think that a picture of the generic 10 for $1 ramen would be more appropriate than that high-end maruchan stuff.

Reading Greg Swann's blog is like reading something from another universe. La la land

Now I'm terrified to eat Top Ramen. If it's coming from China, couldn't it contain that contaminated wheat gluten?

Top Ramen it is not just for College students anymore!

high-end maruchan stuff.

high end,That's funny!

toxic wheat gluten, a little toxic ramen to go with their toxic mortages.

Funny stuff, I love this blog.

Maruchan, like most ramen, is Japanese not Chinese

guys, i've been listening to this housing disaster, gold bug, the sky is falling stuff for several several years. What I shoud have done:
1)bought a home in 2003 or 2004 instead of waiting for a crash. It was a mistake and I will never regain that money lost or those prices. Prices just aren't crashing. give it up on theis crash. Not everybody lives in Naples and a home in NE is still damn expensive.

2)not buy gold and silver. I listened to all that dollar collapse biz and bear stuff. Sure I saved up some precious metals and some of it did go up. But If I had kept in the stock market I would have made alot more money. Gold has gone up but in the last year it's been doing squat.

3)lived my life and not listened to this prudent bear, FSN, housing panic crap. Its good marketing and I got hooked. But saying "wait until,," every month is gotten so old. Of course something will happen if you wait many years. Even if things get ugly in a few years things will balance out. Look at argentina.

I'm a big boy and can't blame anybody but myself. But after 3-4 years of this "storm crowing" I have realized that the mainstream way has basicaly been right. Yeah, yeah something bad wil eventually but thebear crowd has been wrong in this decade so far. It's like the guy who said sell stocks in 1995. We are just like that guy. Whu don't we admit that were not patient but simply wrong.
