A time capsule of the greatest financial mania in the history of mankind, told in real-time by regular folks and patriots. May future generations better understand the madness of crowds, and how power and money corrupt.

How about Tupac - California Love. Only way to justify the prices is to love SoCal.
The bubble theme song should be "Forgot about Dre" by Dr. Dre...
"This is the millennium of Aftermath, ain't gonna be nothing after that..."
San Diego is no Phoenix
Your blog, formerly enjoyable, now reeks of desperation.
How come?
Putting up a rocking Queen video is desperation?
No, it ROCKS!
shouldn't this be in honor of subprime lenders going bust?
Too bad poor Freddie got a bad piece of meat in the can, he was pretty talented.
HA! Yeah, what david said.
Freddie Mercury had one of THE greatest voices in rock 'n roll, almost operatic in scope. It's really too bad that he went out so young because although Queen was done, by the mid-to-late 80s, his talent never rescinded and he'd probably be going strong even today.
Desperation was the wrong word.
But I can't think of the right word for "deriving enjoyment from the troubles of others, being totally obsessed with doom and gloom, and constantly doing premature victory dances."
Any suggestions?
Although I believe we are in a debt bubble-induced post peak phase of a housing mania, I still would not want to be a renter today.
What if the dollar blows up? How many worthless dollars will it take to buy a prime property in a great region like San Diego?
And boy it would suck to be a renter in that scenario ...
