Kiyosaki cashing in on Casey Serin's infamy (while joking about mortgage fraud and prison sex)

Ah, that Kiyosaki is just so sweet. Nice to hear him joke about Casey committing mortgage fraud, going to jail and becoming someone's girlfriend.

Oh, yeah, that's funny Robert. Laugh riot.

If you've got 45 minutes watch the full tape. It's amazing to hear Casey admit he charged up $15,000 on real estate guru classes before he then proceeded to commit mortgage fraud, blow the banks' money and eventually head to jail.

Kiosake called little casey a greater fool. So funny! Like the mortgage fraud interview, these guys are just playing him for the fool he is.

Little Casey (who thinks his blog is just an incredibly valuable asset) hasn't updated it in 24 hours. Methinks that reality in some form has finally slapped him upside the head, and he is sitting in Sacramento, stunned.

Meanwhile, for another laugh riot, Google the " real estate school" he attended last week: "Nouveau Riche University", which combines the best aspects of a real estate scam seminar and a pyramid scheme (you get a kickback of 50% of the "tuition" for each person you sign up). And, at the end of your week of incredibly expensive classes, you can use that as transferable college credit (yeah, right) - they also apparently hand out "masters degrees" and "honorary doctorates" in exchange for going to classes for a week.

You can't make this stuff up!

According to talk at the discussion board located here:
http://www.whofailedtoday.com/bbs/
Casey has been arrested, and it was broadcast on local TV and radio.

Some snips:
Casey Serin arrested... earlier today

...it was at some real estate office, and Casey was one of 3 people taken into custody. They seized a bunch of records and computers too. I guess that's why the blog has been broken all day.

BAY AREA TARDS: Check your TV RIGHT NOW

HOLY SHIT!!! CASEY SERIN FROG MARCH!!!! HIS WIFE TOO!!!!!!!

Casey = :prisonhump:

Mr kiyosaki is da man. He has taught me so many valuable lessons in life. He treated me like his son during my phoenix visit.
The college I attended was great and I highly recommend them.
I will update my blog soon. The little woman has been a little horny lately so I had to take care of business. It feels great to have a great sexy wife like mine.
I have not been arrested, that is a lie. I have been contacted by authorities though I must admit. Please pray for me fellow hp'ers.

god bless,

Casey serin

WHAT THE HELL IS A 23 YEAR OLD DOING CHARGING $15,000 ON CREDIT CARDS FOR REAL ESTATE GURU CLASSES!

And damn, this kid has no idea that he owes tens of thousands probably in taxes now to the IRS

Run Casey Run!

About 20 minutes into this video, Casey admits he lied on his loan applications. Kiyosaki completely blows it off, claiming that 99% of entrepeneurs lie on their loan applications. Unbelievable! This guy is a snake-oil salesman, taking advantage of uneducated people who want to make a quick buck. John T. Reed has an excellent, lengthy expose of this despicable person at http://www.johntreed.com/Kiyosaki.html

Speaking of prison sex, where's honica?

I think I'd brush up on my Uzbekastan if I were Casey. Isn't that where the character Borat is from or on of the other Trashcanastan countries?

OK, Casey Serin has been completely quiet for at least a day. And, his last posting was uncommonly laconic--"back to reality".

Having been jerked around by him for so long, I'm tempted to attribute this to some kind of Karl Rove-ian machination to increase his blog traffic (The Onion has a great story now about Democrats thinking that their sweeping victory in the November elections was just part of a Rove scheme that they haven't figured out yet).

But I doubt that this is Casey's plot. Any word on what's happening to him (other than the whofailedtoday.com thread that I couldn't locate)?

Kiyosaki says "some of the things Casey did were very BRAVE because some of the thing could constitute FRAUD".

Sickening.

Casey's goin' to jail? What's the link? I don't think that he would even go to the county jail, let alone prison.

Kowasaki should tell people to make up stories and sell books and motivational tapes and other BS.

I sell educational products too! I teach people how to felate themselves. It's a best seller at local high schools.

Casey Serin will be "tossing salad" in prison.

http://biz.yahoo.com/ap/061220/subprime_mortgages_report.html?.v=1

NEWS ITEM: A study predicts that a fifth of the 900 billion dollars in subprimes offered during a four quarter period of 2005/2006 will result in foreclosure. How many primes might follow?????

Why buy now if you might get it cheaper in a few months?

Kiyosaki can kiss my ass. I'm not criticizing Casey because I'm too chickenshit to take chances. I'm criticizing Casey because he is a dipshit.

I have taken real estate chances, but they are hard to come by now because too many people take stupid chances to leave realistic chances for those of us with brains.

Why in the hell do you think the builder would sell Casey a house in New Mexico for $500K and then rent it back from him for 9 months to cover mortgage costs??

Why? I mean really, why? They are the damned experts with deep pockets. If they thought it would be worth more in 9 months then they could keep it for 9 months and sell it later. They knew the price was going down and Casey probably shook their hands at the closing not realizing he was getting screwed for $500K...

What did he think they were doing him a favor because of his boyish charm?

This guy takes the cake...

Had to cut it off, also. Kiyosaki is committing a fallacy of definition, confusing a business "mistake" such as expanding too fast with an ethical "mistake" such as breaking the law. The use of the word "sin" in the Bucky Fuller quote is almost certainly not intended morally, and furhter muddies the point. Kiyosaki and his small audience are laughing at Serin, who idolizes him. The big K. knows how serious Serin's situation is - not clear that Casey does. To their credit, the audience looks appalled. As counter-example, the lesson is a failure because K. is not clearly presenting it that way (correct me if I'm wrong, those who say through the whole ordeal).

"People ask me for an hour of my time...I don't have an hour". He's soooo smooth!

Have to rank this as one of the most bizarre videos I have ever witnessed. Talk about an odd couple. ¿¿¿I don't know if its meant as a comedy or if they are trying to be serious???

Poor Casey -- going to jail.

that kid's gonna have a size 20 asshole about an hour after his arrival at prison. pretty blond boys don't last very long there.

Size 20 ?

Where do I sign up?

I don't agree the kid should go to jail. If the banks were stupid enough to give that kind of money to a kid with nothing, they deserve to get burned. If they did their jobs and didn't get so greedy they wouldn't be in this mess and neither would the whole country. Screw the banks who had bad lending practises.

banks should google people after they fill out loan appz. That is how the last lender disqualified him and curtailed his peter-robbing-from-paul-to-pay-mary scheme that started his tailspin.
