I think Mr. Swan at Bloodhound Realty needs to check in with the HP flying monkeys

Looks like Greg Swan at Bloodhound Realty ("HP'ers are flying monkeys") must have missed all the homebuilder meltdown reports yesterday. Must have missed the NAR coming out and saying that home prices were going to go down, down, down. Must have missed David Lereah's slides showing how bad the bubble was.

So let's all go enlighten him and his now very few readers.
Post away, flying monkeys! Fly, fly, fly!

he'll change his spin too now that he has new talking points from above, he must have just been late getting the memo

This flying monkey says: We showed Dorothy and Toto, now lets all swarm this version of the Wizard in his tower above his 'no money down' Emerald Estates Communities just minutes of shopping, good schools, and commuting distance of Oz.

He's the most boring blogger you've ever linked to Keith.

I had to go re-watch Rosa threaten to send John Mattes to Tijuana to snap out of the stupor that Swan's "oh so clever" postings put me into.

please don't send us there again...

I'll give Swan one thing. I posted a comment on his blog calling him a "crude buffoon" for the Nazi references. And Robert Cote dressed him down pretty good, too. So far as I can tell he never deleted those comments. Yet.

He seemed to enjoy the dust up with the bears so I assume he read our responses. Yes, his attack on HP was magnificently stupid and offensive, and he never did apologize or acknowledge his error. But he could also easily delete us, so there's that.

Flying is great, but landing is real bitch these days with all those for sale signs down there...

don't argue with Swann. He's unstable. I'm serious. The guy is plainly in turmoil behind that smug exterior. He's the kind of guy that you could see opening up on a crowd with an AK-47. I don't want that on my conscience.

by the way, Keith, I don't want to defend your "rooting for the meltdown" post, because, while it is interesting, I can't agree with you. At least not wholeheartedly.

Very well written! Based on the content of your blog, I think you might enjoy some of the articles at my property listings real estate site and hope you will give it a peek.
