Other than he's a black man who can speak American English, I don't know what the big deal is.

What has he really done other than being a black man (1/2) who can speak english. I know that is extraordinary in the U.S. but really,... big deal.

At least Condoleeza was a concert pianist and a PhD and expert in Russian. Colin Powell was a 5? star General.

Whats the deal with Obama? Seems like a nice guy but I don't get it.

Depends on the alternative. I'm open to candidates from any party. Straight ticket voting is the opposite of democracy.

The only two men I would support for president would be Ron Paul or Tom Tancreado.

Al Gore- Mr. Man on a Mission to save the planet from itself.

His mission is much more noble and will help America to become independent from the Middle East.

He's much more humanity focused than anyone right now. He's exactly what we need. Although he will be very different than the guy in office now who doesn't give a shit about humanity. Just his white Texas friends.

Hell no; am I a Democan or Republicrat that I should vote for any of these lying sacks of doo-doo?

I saw Obama campaign in Chicago (lived in Little Italy) before I moved to Honolulu. Another liar towing the party line. Oh yeah, he's black and articulate. I'm totally sure he's gonna fight for the little guy (fools).

F*ck the Democans and Republicrats. I'm 3rd party all the way...ANY 3rd party!

I don't think I have ever met an HONEST articulate black man.

Just my obersation.

Most of the ones I've met got into Multi level marketing or some other pyramid scam profession.

If Ted Kennedy, the Duke of Chippowitick, can't pronounce his name I won't vote for him.Oh, Ted had too much barley corn, still, ever.

Al Gore is a psychopathic looney similar to Michael Moore.

As far as Barack Obama, can anyone tell me why I should vote for him other than the fact that the mainstream media adores him?

He may just be a party hack but I can't see him aggressively rolling back Constitutional rights like the GOP is now doing.

Once those rights are gone, it's tough or impossible to get them back.

Two strikes against him:

1) He's for getting confrontational with Iran (i.e., getting us stuck in the Mideast quagmire more deeply)

2) He voted for the illegal alien amnesty.

No, never ever

Barack Obama Isn't Not Running for President

Since baby boomers haven't proved very adept at running the show, it may be time for a new generation of leadership.

I don't know a thing about him except for the great speech he gave at the DNC convention..That's not enough for me to vote for him without knowing where he stands on issues.

I dont vote for assholes.

who is he?

Anonymous said...

He's another collectivist rat.

I want bullets, not ballots.

Elections are the advance auctions of stolen goods.

Anonymous said...

sorry - don't recognize him either. i'm voting 3rd party anyway.

Anonymous said...

I am completely disillusioned by the prospect of any politician correcting the current system. I don't vote period.

Anonymous said...

I believe the majority of recent "3rd party self-proclaimed" are actually the republicans who voted for bush twice and too ashamed to be identified w/ that bucket of failure and shame.

I would vote for an amendement to the U.S. constitution that would:

#1) Abolish the Federal Reserve
#2) Create a New U.S. Gov't Fiat currency that was owned by the U.S. Gov't (not private bankers and foreign powers)
#3) Forever prohibit private FIAT money creation.

Of course, President Kennedy tried to do this for us and they (the private bankers and foreign powers had him killed).

Will votes 'count' with DieBold or some similar machine?

Can't trust a guy with purple lips.

this guy is a left wing loser... don't even believe in the US Constitituion...that is why we are in this

More amendements:

-get rid of the electoral college- we want popular votes!

-Make it so politicians get fined if there are no checks and balances

-give more money to 3rd party candidates, we can't have a two party system and have it work

Obama is the real deal.
We worked both sides of the aisle in Illinois state politics. He passed a lot of legislation that garnered votes from both parties and actually benefited the public.
If you are racist or cynical then he probably isn't for you.
