Random realtor photo of the day

Can you imagine working with your wife all day (or husband). 7 days a week?

"How was your day honey?"
"Oh, the same as your day honey - since we were doing the exact same thing all day with the exact same people"

And now that the bubble has burst, that's two people in the same profession about to lose the same job.

Hope they have some savings.

Here's what the random photo of the day realtors have to say about their market:

If you have driven this area lately, you can see sign after sign for new homes here. There is everything from condos, single family residences, duplexes, and age restricted areas. New schools and shopping everywhere. Sellers are seeing new homes selling fast and are anxious to get theirs sold faster than 90 days. You have the raines, take Hemet for a ride this year.

"raines"????
Isn't that supposed to be "reins"?
Sigh...Realtors are mostly dyslexic

In their defense at least they're being realistic about market conditions. Apparently not following the Dottie Stein book of real estate ethics...

Hemet as in Hemet California?

That's the sh_t hole of the state!

Yep. Another listing I saw for a place in Ojai CA described a guest house with a "sweet-ish" fireplace.

That was probably described to the realtor as a "Swedish" fireplace; those cheap sheetmetal fireplaces (which I never saw when I lived in Sweden).

Sweet-ish? In her mind was that "sort of sweet"?!? We yanks and geography....jeez.

What did these people do to you? What if they had your pic on a blog? Real mean spirited man...

Check out this realtor site. Her picture is on billboards all over town. Love the hat!

Although this bubble needs to be corrected so that normal people can start to buy homes with normal loans again, I do not take joy in seeing RE agents with families being thrown into unemployment. How would you feel if someone was cheering for your demise?

I'd like to see the crooks at NAR, the mortgage banks, and the flippers who started this whole thing becomes the ones who get burned by their greedy.

Most RE agents are just trying to feed their family. Others, like Dottie Stein, are slime.

i'm just trying to help. a couple putting 100% of their eggs in the same basket, a basket that is falling apart, and a basket that is a cesspool of corruption and bad ethics, is a bad idea

and I just like realtor photos. they're always funny in some way

I went to their site. Interesting to see in the right hand column "Today's Headlines" the article entitled "Huff and Puff, But You Can't Blow Straw Houses Down". Perhaps a sign of the times?

You're trying to help Keith? That's pretty funny. Nothing like throwing up a disdainful mocking post, then claiming innocent intentions.

"but.. I'm just trying to help."

Help who Keith? The couple (and profession) you just slandered or yourself to sell more Google ads?

osman - i'm trying to help any realtor understand the evil of their ways, the flimsiness of their economic standing, and the pending downfall of their careers.

Like socalmortgageguy (of another f*cked borrower) - get when the getting is good.

it's time to get.

any any couple who chooses to do the exact same career, especially a doomed career (i.e. GM workers, Enron spouses) is in a heap of trouble.

Perhaps they were already both realtors and they met at some convention and fell in love and had children. Is that such a bad thing? When RE goes bad, they can always find another sales job. I have a friend who went from IT to real estate. Now he's planning to open a restuarant. I'm going from IT into accounting. My manager isn't the brightest bulb and he can't spell worth sh*t, but he has some people skills so he can manage or go into sales.

Enron was Bush's fault too, right Keith?
