"Raising rates to exorbitant levels like this only causes unnecessary panic and fear. This type of behavior will not be tolerated."
- Florida Gov. Charlie Christ, again just like with collapsing housing prices, simply not understanding the basic law of supply and demand. And no, oil prices are not gas prices.

Don't fear, it's just a bubble. Oil back to $10/barrel, maybe even free?
Gas in New Jersey on Route 30 Chesilhurst- 3.27 per gallon. CASH price. 9-13-08
Bend over and meet osama bin laden. The govt still has him in a cave somewhere waiting to stage him.
We have a Republican candidate here in Wisconsin running commercials saying that he will get the cost of gas down to 12¢ a gallon if we elect him.
The sad thing is, so many people believe this guy.
Oil goes down till McCain gets in office then watch out suckas.

Yeah, just as bad as when Obama in his speech last week said when elected, he will wants everyone in the land to have the same health benefits as congress.
Both parties are outright lying. When is all this crazyness going to stop?
Wait until there is none at any price.
Food Too.
Arrest Bushco and Cheneyburton before they get away.
Gas always goes down right before an election. This time will be no different.
This winter, when that $4 a gallon heating oil bill for that big McMansion hits home, then we will see the tipping point.
Big oil’s greed will be it’s own undoing.
Raise gas prices!
But... But.... But.....
CME opened Trading on NYMEX Today at noon..
http://www.nymex.com
Currently everything is down.
Market Last Change
Crude Oil 99.18 -2.00
Gasoline 2.63 -0.14
Natural Gas 7.32 -0.04
Home Heating Oil 2.85 -0.09
You are all just doom and gloom conspiracy theorists.
How can we have shortages when prices are dropping. There are just a few greedy bad apple gas station owners out there and the press is turning it into a frenzy...
OR NOT!!!

"In brief comments at the White House Saturday morning, President Bush warned against price gouging.
"The Department of Energy, the Federal Trade Commission and, I know, state authorities will be monitoring gasoline prices to make sure consumers are not being gouged, make sure consumers are being treated fairly,"
meanwhile....
George Bush has lifted restrictions on imported petrol after hurricane Ike forced companies to abandon refineries along the Texas coast. "Last night we suspended EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) waivers on certain reformulated gasoline (petrol), which will make it easier for imports from abroad to make it into our markets," Mr Bush said on Sunday."
and Finally...
"Kloza said fear of a political backlash could keep oil companies and wholesalers from raising prices as high as the market might support in the face of such a tight supply."
Hmmm...... Think it might have to do with an election being less than six weeks away? Prices are one thing, they can't hide the shortages.
4.2999 to 4.7999/gal here in NC.
Here in Tallahassee, FL - there is not a price for gas because ALL THE F'ING BIG OIL STATIONS ARE DRY!
Only place in town with gas was Costco - priced at $3.85. I will never give up my membership there because of this.
On Friday, state officials sent out a press release stating no gas shortage existed, yet all the state employees I knew were leaving work to get gas. Go figure.
My fill up went from a full tank, about $49, down to $25 every two weeks, and now $12.50 every two weeks. I basically put in what I can afford, and don't drive anywhere. Works great.
3.50-3.60 in the Twin Cities.
they are actually down from the peak recently...
but its REALLY SAD when we're looking at $3.69/gal and being happy about it. "yay, it's under $4."
WTF!!!
I want 12¢ a gallon gasoline. John Gard (Republican)in Wisconsin is telling us if we elect him we will receive 12¢ gallon gasoline.
Would a Republican tell a lie?

===================================I will tell John Gard he has your vote. He will bring the price of gasoline down to 12¢ a gallon if only we elect him.
Republicans don't lie, do they?
Yawn...and overblown. Gas is $3.60 at Costco in FL...and today oil went below $95. Oil will be $80 by December 08.
Democrats created the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac problems years ago. They stopped ALL eforts at reform until it was too late. Now they are trying to blame Bush, McCain and Republicans, everyone but themselves. That's the Gods truth and here is the proof:
