Either this is a put-on or this guy is really pathetic. Nobody who saw this video would ever use this guy as their realtor. This guy is just too pathetic to get any amusement out of seeing him self destruct.
Used-house peddlers will never take the time to study & learn the fundamentals of professional selling, like for example qualifying your customer (properly, not over a beer at the Bada bing).
If real, (not internet phony) shit-turds like the actor here actually studied and practiced professional sales techniques, they could probably EARN a decent living. Too bad most real life used-house peddlers act like this. They give peddlers like me who are successful in all economies a very bad name. Sort of like George Bush claiming to be human...

It may not be 'real', but it is a real indication of the depths to which these people will sink in order to hang on to a dying 'profession'.

MY SENTIMENTS exactly!! This guy operates in the area where I live and has a real web site, where he looks like a very normal guy.
He might think he is being funny on Youtube, but WHY in the world would I ever truly use a bafoon like this as a realtor supposedly representing MY interests?? It just makes everyone realize what a FARCE it is to even use a realtor at all, including these thoughts--
a. They NEVER have your interests at heart--and just want to sell you anything as soon as they can.
b. There are too many "cash back" real estate companies now out there, that will happily fork over 2% of what you would be paying in commission to them at the closing table!!
REALTWHORES are bloodsucking leeches.
But I googled his website, and it looks like he is really a realtor in my area, too!!
Thanks for at least being truthful enough to show the world what greedy, imbicile pricks you are all. Maybe Adam Sandler can cast you as a drug dealer in his next flick!!

Um. I'm not rushing into making a huge financial decision just so that you can make a sale. Do some research. Show me some numbers before you "show me everything".
Many of us are in no hurry whatsoever to buy. New counters or decorating techniques are not going to work with us. Show me the DATA on this INVESTMENT.
We will not be using a realtor when we buy this time. We will be using an attorney and some other resources. Exactly to avoid this type of pressure.
