Here's a look at Gustav's path, a map of oil platforms in the Gulf of Mexico, and the oilmen addressing the GOP convention while the hurricane hits

Fate plays a cruel hand sometimes.

And karma is a bitch.

Chocolate City 'Ray' will not be transporting you out on those crummy school buses. Nope, it's below your dignity level so standing on a rooftop will be the way to go.

Got some hateful liars posting, Keith.

No fabrication fest can possibly be complete without

"So I Volunteered"

"...he simply forwarded it to friends and family. Unhappily for him, however, his email program automatically appended his name and address..."

or "Rescue Choppers Shot At."

"...Laura Brown, a Federal Aviation Administration spokeswoman in Washington, said she had no such report.

"We're controlling every single aircraft in that airspace and none of them reported being fired on," she said, adding that the FAA was in contact with the military as well as civilian aircraft..."

GUSTAV
WILL LIKELY SLOW DOWN SIGNIFICANTLY IN THE LONGER-TERM...WHICH
COULD CAUSE A CONSIDERABLE FLOODING THREAT OVER LOUISIANA OR TEXAS.

Bye Bye New Orleans. Just Remember, Now is a Good Time to Buy in so many markets in the US...

There's just nothing BAD enough to say about Bushco-Cheneyburton in this situation. So, I'm not going to try now.

Memo to New Orleans with special affection to the 9th Ward:

I hope you have taught Granny how to swim with the parakeet cage on her head. I think Wal-Mart has some cheap imported Chinese water wings on sale... That might help.

Maybe you could use some of those nearly one-MILLION nifty recalled flaming GM SUV and trucks no one wants to good use?

Just pile them up on top of each other like sandbags and use them as a water break. When done, GM could remarket them and charge a premium as a special "New Orleans Edition". You know, nice plaque on the dash, numbered, etc.

I look forward to watching God's wrath unloaded on you and Bushco again. Nothing personal, but New Orleans should have been plowed under for fill after Katrina and now, once and for all. It is not fit for humans to live there (except for Texans and ex-members of the executive branch).

New Orleans is vile and disgusting and shouldn't even show up on maps.

My Friends, You could all move to Arizona to be close to another GOP Genius, like George Bush, current presidential contender Senator John McCain... My Friends.

Build below sea-level = Asshole.

RE-Build below sea-level = REALLY STUPID Asshole.

This message not paid for by the NAR, and was approved by nobody.

DIE U PIGS

Retail gas prices rose Friday for the first time in 43 days as analysts warned that a direct hit on Gulf energy infrastructure could send pump prices hurtling toward $5 a gallon. Crude oil prices ended slightly lower in a volatile session as some traders feared supply disruptions and others bet the U.S. government will release supplies from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve.

Three words:

Go Gus Go!

Gus Bush couldn't have picked a better time to clobber New Orleans, right during the GOP convention. Too bad those idiots didn't pick New Orleans to have it. That way, Gus Bush could have a chance to assassinate George Bush! And Dickhead Cheney in one shot, just for good measure.

I wonder how many Katrinas will it take before the Americans start to take global warming seriously?

Anonymous said...

Bet no-one in the religious nutjob-infested GOP attributes this to an Act of God. God only strikes in places that Christians don't like, such as Pakistan and China--right?

Because we all know that hurricanes didn't exist before coal burning power plants and cars were invented?
