RIP, George, even though I got my butt beat for listening to your "Seven Words" skit on the old Dr Demento show.

(Yep, it was worth it....)

Do you want employees smart enough to sabotage your business while taking your customers and starting their own?

Do you want employees with lawyers in their families to sue you and put you out on the street?

Do you want people working for you that understand history? People who see the necessity of your elimination to achieve their manifest destiny and progress?

Or do you want loyal productive friendly people, stuck in a stupor of McDonalds induced Disneyland ideals.

Break away! You are asking the right questions.

P.S.

I wouldn’t expect to meet an actual “owner of America” here on this blog. But I would hope to meet others with an understanding of voluntary slavery, hypocritical law, and the media-political tool of denial based slander designed to discredit and remove those in opposition to progress.

We'll (well most of us hopefully) meet-up with Carlin and then we can watch the collapse of civilization with him on CNN.

I'm sure he's already tuned in with a nice big bag of buttered popcorn. :)

A true patriot, I just wish I could have seen him live! And as another poster indicated, the world truly is a lessor place.

Thanks, George!

The only ones telling the truth are the comedians -- which is very sad.

That was Cheech and Chong.

I have since co-opted the acronym for:
The

Against
Terrorism.

RIP George...the human population just got significantly dumber. I saw him about a year ago on stage...his perceptive crankiness was amazing to behold.

-i said i wanted to hire smart people not assholes.

Do you want employees with lawyers in their families to sue you and put you out on the street?

- if i do something that warrents such a suit then so be it.

Do you want people working for you that understand history? People who see the necessity of your elimination to achieve their manifest destiny and progress?

- ummm...sure.

My favorite routine was his 'DRUGS'. Can't be sure but I think he did it in the 70s....so you wonder why everyone's on drugs, take a look at every GD streetcorner and what does the sign say?

It's funny. The MSM is doing its typical posthumous tributes to Mr. Carlin, but only HP has chosen this particular clip to remind of us the genius of his work. Once again, the good stuff is on the blogs, not on the tube.

Thanks for the laughs, George.

The MSM has spent the last two weeks turn Tim Russert into some kind of media saint. Let's be honest here Russert was only slightly less of a toad than Larry king. Maybe Russert would occasionally ask a tough question on Press the Meat. BUT he would never follow it up. He never tore Dick Cheney or anybody else a new one when they were sitting at Russert's table and lying through their teeth. Russert could seem tough compared to the Larry Kings and Anderson Coopers of the mass media but Russert would never get so tough with any of his guests to the point that he would risk his precious access.

None of the Owners of this country would even want their picture taken with George Carlin let alone be interviewed by him on TV. Carlin was too tough and too honest and this clip proves it. In this clip he is taking the biggest risk a comic can take on stage: He is sacrificing the Funny for the Truth. There is nothing funny about what he is saying and he does not pretend there is. He saying what needs to be said and maybe he pissed some people off who wanted to hear the dirty words and the hippy dippy weather man. Well if you were listenning to what he said you should be pissed off. If you hear that clip and you're not pissed off then your brain is deader than Carlin is.

Re: Michael "as a business owner...can someone explain to me why i want a stupid worker over a smart one?"

Speaking as a former building contractor, the reason you want, actually need, stupid workers is because you have to find people who will do a job for $15.00 an hour with no benefits when they could be earning $30.00 an hour or more with full benefits and a 401k if they had half a brain. Oh yeah and they have to be dumb enough to notice that the $15.00 or so they are not getting every hour they work is paying for boss's boat and the boss's throphy wife's Mercedes and your kid's private school tuition.

Maybe your line of business is different. I think it is rare in this day and age for a business person who believes that the way to build a business is to hire the best people. I bet you pay them quite well too. I respect that but I think the average business owner would hire monkeys if he could get them to stop flinging poo at the customers. Maybe if they tried paying the monkeys a decent wage;)

A very sad day for America.
Thanks George you made me laugh so many times. I don't know of many people that had such a clear understanding of what's going on in this country as George did.

can someone please tell me what the seven words that are not allowed on tv? i only know two. f*ck and sh*t. thanks

Truth be told, the only person that should replace Tim Russert in this day and age of lying and thieving corporatist and politicians is Joe Pyne.

If anyone remembers him from decades ago, he was the very best at nuking talkshow guests with a withering mega tonnage blast on a daily basis.

He left them thankful to just be alive and breathing at the end of the hour.

THAT'S what we need now, not yesterday!

Thanks for posting Keith. Carlin was one of the greatest and most well prepared comics that has ever existed. The way he mixed politics with humor has never, ever been done as well as George did it. He was a true genius and a true patriot.

I liked Carlin, especially when he demolished religion and the social right. But I didn't realize economically he was essentially a Communist, which is a conclusion hard to escape after listening to this bizarre paranoid screed. Oh, well.

Keith; It looks like you support censorship? Are you required to?
I posted "The Seven Words You Can't Say on TV" work of the late George Carlin and that was 2 days ago
