A time capsule of the greatest financial mania in the history of mankind, told in real-time by regular folks and patriots. May future generations better understand the madness of crowds, and how power and money corrupt.

It's definitely worth a taxpayer bailout to keep struggling owners like this gentleman in their homes. His pride of ownership comes through crystal clear, and clearly his willingness to provide a crash pad for his unconscious friend speaks to a generous nature.
He has a plan and it's a shame Juliet isn't willing to do her bit to help him along.

what an asshole...so he is upset he got scammed but he had no problem scamming Juliet. Fuck him.
Why does our Govt not address this issue? If someone obtains credit under false pretense the full and utter burden should fall on the agency giving them $$$ with-out doing their homework and knowing who they are dealing with. I dont think anyone should ever get a loan with-out face to face meetings and alot more investigation into their history. Now this poor woman (which could have been ANY of us) has to fight & scratch to clear her name...Disgusting indeed!
I notice at the end that the reporter mentions that the foreclosure will show up on that woman's credit history. Just goes to show how totally worthless FICO's and the big three credit reporting companies actually are.
Every week I am getting offers to subscribe to their useless services, which I can get for free.
And I already know what my credit score is, IT'S CRAP! I owe nobody, have no mortgage or car loans, put all gas purchases on a fleet card (5% back) and everything else in a business card (1-5% back) and pay them off, in full, every month.
Nobody would dare lend to a low life like me!
Stupid Idiot.
He deserves what he gets which will be homelessness.
Bye Bye Dickhead.
Scamming the crackhead scammers.. great!
OH SNAP!!
If you get caught by a camera going ten miles over the speed limit you'll get a big fine. Commit mortgage fraud and steal a hundred grand and walk. Only in America.
So they homeowner just wants to save his house, no matter what fraud and scam he pulls on another person. But when he finds out that he's also been the victim of a scam, he... punches holes in the walls of his house? How ironic.
Karma doesn't let people in foreclosure off the hook, just because they want to get out of foreclosure. The only real victim here is the woman whose identity was stolen to be used as in a fraudulent loan.
I don't feel sorry for this homebuyer. He knows that he should of never have bought this house.
Typical! Home dweller destroys property on his way out. Don't care who gets ripped off in the process. This man deserves a bailout? Give this one to Hillary.
Barack will save that man from losing his home. Everybody deserves to have a house they can't afford, free healthcare and free college tuition. Besides, look how nice that man is for letting his drugged out buddy crash on his floor.
This jerk admits on television that he was knowingly and willfully complicit in fraud. The crime transcended state boundaries making this a felony offense.
Why is he not in a federal penitentiary? They should lock him away for life, find this Angel Mora character, and make them share a small cell.
Why isn't this crackhead homedebtor in jail for fraud?? He just openly admitted on camera that he committed identity fraud against this poor woman.
"scum central Las Vegas"
More like Vegas, Phoenix, Scottsdale, San Diego, etc etc.
PS - Having lived in both Las Vegas and Phoenix/Scottsdale, the latter is far worse in the conmen department.
Dirty, dirty bastards. These are the kind of people that give honest investors that do actually attempt to help homeowners with foreclosure a bad name.
There's a special place in hell for those guys.
You're all missing the good news.
The fact that a MSM outlet decided to show this guy rather than some hard working family is very telling. They could have easily found a family who would tug at your heartstrings.
There is obviously a ground swell of opinion out there that a lot of 'homedebtor victims' are in fact, fraudulent swine.

OH BOY I want to live in VEGAS
NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Shit hole USA
So I am watching this video, first trying to see if I can count how many teeth this guy has left, and then I hear the name of the mortgage company. At first it sounds familiar but I could not place it. That is until I see the building where this company is located. Its a small world! I have been working in that building since it was built, some 6 to 8 years ago. I remember doing work for Best Rate. Nothing out of the ordinary, at least no more than the other mortgage companies I have had the pleasure of doing work for...DiTech, Quick Loan Funding, Ameriquest, WMC Mortgage, and countless other smaller to mid-size lenders. Typical mortgage company...overpaid telemarketers and their hussies. I have been servicing numerous Property Management Companies that leased these companies commercial space and I can honestly say I WAS THERE THE DAY THEY MOVED IN AND I WAS THERE THE DAY THEY WERE EVICTED. Quick Loan was my favorite. Daniel Sadek went from having his lunch catered to him in his office/penthouse, to NOTHING. I actually recall being in his office on one particular occasion and he is discussing some movie deal with some Hollywood guy, and he is trying to set up a meeting with Sharon Stone. Well we know how his movies turn out. Sharon, stay away!! I actually have pictures of his 'stuff' that was collected after he was evicted...boxes of his personal belongings...clothes, furniture, etc. He actually had his office in a commercial building converted to a penthouse with pool table, sofas, and a bathroom with shower. It looked like a high roller suite in vegas! I am a service tech, and I remember specifically walking through Quick Loans office when they first moved in and had to keep reminding myself..."you make great money...this is all illusion...these recent high school grads in their $500 dollar suits wont be here long". Well there gone...and I still have MY job!
Wait a minute. I guess the final piece was to get a loan using her credit to prop up his, but for whatever reason it didn't work... So they may or may not have pulled her credit so it may or may not have actually showed up if she did have credit monitoring...but she still gets screwed. Wow, What the hell kinda state lets you put someone's name on a title without them being present to sign, especially if they're on the hook for a forclosure. Now my second question if she is on the title and not the loan why would the forclosure go on her credit? She wasn't the one who defaulted on the loan itself.
This video points out just how viscous and corrupt the housing market is these days - what a disaster.
However, this gentleman is someone who I might have a problem even renting to - just show's the realtors didn't give a sh*t about whether the borrower could pay back the loan, as long as they got their commission.
this hilarious! I used to run around Newport Beach with one of the founders of bestratefunding.com. So funny to see it come full circle...
