So why does the NAR continue to lie and deceive? And why do realtors hate HP so much? Well, here's 55 billion reasons...

Real Estate Commissions to Hit $55 Billion By Year's End

Real estate agents and brokers will collect $55 billion in commissions during 2007, a $19 billion increase from 2000 figures, according to industry data collected by ForSaleByOwner.com.

With an average commission in 2007 of $13,900 and cost-consciousness a rising concern among home sellers across the country, ForSaleByOwner.com predicts that in 2008 more consumers will choose non-traditional methods to sell their homes in order to save money on commissions."

Nice picture of 'shotgun Dick" Cheney (foreground) and orangeman Mozillo (orange pall - background)

How did you get them to stay still?

Remember my HP friends, the late great Dr. Hunter Thompson said it best:

"Today's PIG is TOMORROWS BACON"

Plan accordingly. We will walk on a road of bones... Rumble.

R.I.P., HST.

90% of realtors are scammers and fraudsters looking to rip off their "clients"

They probably call clients "marks" behind their backs.

Is that a picture of the Republican party's convention?

I'm a real estate agent and I don't hate HP. Part of being current is reading what ALL people think. If I only read or understand one side of the story I am not really educated in my field.

I am sometimes taken aback by the anger toward my profession here. We are not all thieves and liars. You have to remember, the rocket scientists are busy building rockets. It’s true for all professions – you have good and bad people everywhere.

That statement may be true. I know a guy who works for the real estate agencey down the street. He is an upstanding, honest, man,and is a hard worker. He's the janitor.

Keefer, I don't think that we should be comparing real-estate agents to pigs. The pigs don't deserve that.
