A HousingPANIC message to every adjustable rate mortgage homedebtor in America

Call your lender today and tell them you're done sending in payments unless they freeze your ARM and give you their best teaser rate from 2005 - 2007.

And call 1-888-995-HOPE if you don't get anywhere with your soon-to-go-out-of-business lender.

The banks and lenders are going to go out of business anyway. Might as well try to protect your ass on the way out.

I guess if you're in trouble and you don't qualify for the bailout there's no point in making any more payments. In the six months to two years it takes to serve an eviction notice you can save up the money for a rental deposit on a better house then you're in now with much lower monthly payments..

Won't work because one requirement to qualify for the gov't protection is to have paid all your mortgage bills.

My idea for stopping payments was for people who didn't qualify for the protection anyway.

I want my free money, and I want to be orally serviced too!

Everyone, homedebtor and bubbleheads alike, call them up and tie up the phone line. I don’t care if it’s for 30 seconds. That’s 30 seconds that they are not bailing out a FB.

The funniest thing yet was that Shrub even fu*ked the telephone number: 1 (800) goes to some poor Christian, home school program with 2 employees here in the DFW area.

Saw it just now on the news; they had to finally unplug the phone. All because the embarassment that is our Prez can't even get one telephone number correct.

We ARE doomed.

You think it was a mistake?

Makes ya think don't it?

First start a war and then joke around "I don't see no nukes here!"

The guy went to Yale and was a member of Skull and Bones... but he can't read?

Who's kidding who?

He's just using the gullibility of the average American for his own gain. Better to make people believe you're an idiot and get away with murder, rather than actually face the electric chair right?

American's always pity the poor idiot... but what if the idiot becomes aware of this? Or... what if a smart person realizes the best way to get their way is to act the idiot?
