Those who thought they would never stoop to criminal activity to support their way of life will have abrupt mind changes. Expect to see many more of your neighbors sliding into the moral abyss. Prostitution and marijuana grow houses(along with many other crimes) will be so rampant there will not be enough prison space to house them. Why break the law whan you can nearly double your money the legal way?

Last week I “flipped” a Japanese Maple tree – no sh1t!

Here’s how it’s done:
January I ordered three variegated Japanese Maples from Parks Seed. Total cost was ~$110. Mixed some good garden soil with compost, filled some large pots and planted the trees in them. Watered, fertilized & cared for the trees all summer.

Just sold one to a colleague for $60 cash.

Use your imagination – there are all sorts of ways to ‘grow’ your money…
