O.k that is really pretty funny.

Though also sad at the same time ... but at this point if someone falls for this I will only be shedding crocodile tears for them.

sign at the zoo; Please do not feed the pigs. We feed them garbage and they don't know the difference. Please do not confuse our pigs by treating them like educated people.

zpunchline; feed garbage to garbage eaters. They love it. Then they whine about their ARM reset.

This is obviously fake. When the real Mortgage Man flies through the skies he has his arms extended straight out. In this commercial, he has his arms to the sides. Of course, you have to attend Mortgage Man fan conventions in order to notice this important tidbit.

50 year mortgages...

Do people think ahead at all?

Do they realize how old they will be?

Debt slaves til the grave.

God, that was terrible. I've seen middle schoolers put together better video presentations than that.

If it weren't bad enough they can't even spell words commonly used in the mortgage business ('assessment' is mispelled as 'assesment': how's THAT for impressing customers with one's professionalism?), are they really resorting to a cartoon for an ad? Who's the target customer here? Kids? Or adults?

Speaking of which, here's another repulsive ad that contains all the emotional triggers, including kids who dream of a yard filled with neighborhood kids (which presumably you don't have when renting the same home).

I was home sick today with the flu and watching TV I saw a ton of commericals about refinancing mortgages. Ditech.com is big here in Northern VA as this commercial was on every channel. Some people are just really f**cked right now.

Happy renter.

This ad is actually genius. When you consider the intelligence, or lack thereof, required to sign up for one of their products it makes sense that their ad be incredibly child-like and amateurish. A professional, well-polished ad would likely intimidate and alienate the slack-jawed trogs who they are hoping to entice with their mortgage products.

Sure, I got a 50-year mortgage. I'll be paying it off until I'm into my 80's, but at least I got this awesome 20-inch flat panel TV!!!

Hello, my name is roro, and i'm a recovering mortgage broker.

Been clean 2 weeks!

Got out after just under 4 years in the biz, and i've seen it go from bad to, well, criminal.

Did anyone notice the other clips to the right?

For more laughs, check out Mateo Garcia, President of, you guessed it, Mateo Mortgage.....what a tool.

Yeah, he's dragging his kid out to help sell mortgages: pathetic, but not surprising, I guess....
