Casey Serin at Iamfacingforeclosure.com is considering living in his car

I've got nothing to add to that headline. But I'm guessing you all do...

I have to come up with 2 months of rent money plus May’s payment by tomorrow. And there is even talk of pre-paying 2 months in advance if we are to stay here. Even though I don’t think my sister-in-law is going to kick me out, there is always that chance.

The thought of living in a car or a van has crossed my mined a few times. Apparently, I’m not the only one thinking about it. Living in cars after being priced out of housing is a growing trend according to last year’s New York Times article Keeping It Secret as the Family Car Becomes a Home

Casey is getting boring. The only real story left is what will happen with the house in Utah.

A more interesting story is about Jeff from the SDCIA board.
Problem is he won't say where the houses are so the story can't be verified.

Thanks anon, wow! [link] Eleven houses with no money down, three in Florida, all HELOCed to the gills. This ignoramus was arrogant all the way, and still is. He still thinks his houses in SLC are appreciating at 20% per year so he won't sell. Meanwhile the FL houses went from $315k to $185k in one year. Bwahaha!! Move over Casey, Jeff is coming to dinner.

Back in the sixties, a girl I knew had a vw bus just like that. The roof was hinged down the side and flipped up with a canvas(?) accordian top unfolding as it went up. The fold down seats were all on slides and moved every which way so you could make a double bed on the 'ground' floor, and two cots flipped down from the roof when it was extended. There was a sink and small fridge(6 volt no less)in the back. Party central baby! Thanks for the memories, Keith!

but his upcoming book will make him a mega millionaire!

people ask him, "why would someone want to read your book, you've made nothing of yourself?"

although, those same people are reading his website? aren't they?

Ignore him will you Keith!!!
And if Serin's book does get published, set up a dummy bookstore, order 5,000 copies and then refuse to pay for them... in fact do it several times over until you rack up 2.2M in orders...

Sounds like he's well on his way to untold riches and glory.

Good luck getting a VW like that in good condition cheap. These things are now classics and command some premium. Better pay that sister-in-law two month in advance cause it's cheaper.
