I would have posted a comment sooner, but I couldn't stop laughing.

I'm ready for negative equity and house poverty.

Not bad as far as a commerical goes. Hits all the right buttons emotionally. I will bet every time that comemrical runs a housewife will turn over to the husband, give that look and say I think it's time we bought that bigger home we've always wanted.

Just sayin, it's good marketing, don't beat me up over it.

Yeah, but more important than the cheesy and vaguely comforting images of home and family....were the tranquil guitar riffs that are always invoked when a salesman wants to separate you from your money!

the only thing I could think about was the similarity between foreclosures and abortions... the piece left a bad taste in my mouth!

Well that convinced me.......where do I sign ?

Are you ready to be a single mom. This is after you ditch dad's ass when he can't pay the mortgage. No worry honey we have many of empty homes in Phoenix that you and your bastard can shack up in.

Why does HP'ers taking down the NAR feel like the East Germans taking down the USSR in 1989?

Wow, can't get over things they are allowed to say, "The best investment of our lives". I'm a stockbroker, and if we made a commercial that said, "We bought stock in Microsoft with(fill in blank with my brokerage firm), the greatest investment of our lives" The SEC and NASD would crucify us. The real estate industry needs some major regulating.

You're a stock broker and you're lecturing the NAR? How is what you do any better?

You take a commission on a transaction. You don't care whether the stock goes up or down, all you care about is buying and selling. You don't care if the buyer makes or loses money, you just care about the sale and your comission.

Hmmm where have I seen all that before?

Hypocrite.
