What an idiot.

This guy is a walking bubble.

And he's about to burst.

I have seen some signs of suburban There was suburban DC price erosion and rising unsold inventory of existing homes in my area. It is nothing to panic about if one has no mortgage on the home; your property tax basis might go down(?). They said something like this could never happen to this area.

I guess some old ladies who did cash out refinances to get the equity out of their houses might be in trouble if they cannot make their payments. With falling housing prices they cannot get any more loans. Some loans were only 10 percent down, they were offering credit to those who had bounced checks, gone through recent bankruptcy, jobless, etc. The house of cards had cracks in the plaster, a sometimes flooded basement, the kitchen drain backed up, and the a/c might not turn on when the temperatures rise in the spring.

I just wanna know....if Trump is so rich, then why does he bother with writing 'wealth' books with Kimosabi, and going from real estate conference to real estate conference ( where he obviously get's a fee).

I think the answer is rather obvious.

I really can't stand that guy. Such a blowhard. Classic pathological narcissist.

And a spinmeister extraordinaire. He does these BS real estate expo things in good markets and bad and he always tells people it's time to buy. He's as bad as Lereah when it comes to a lack of objectivity. Just get him a little skirt and some pom-poms because he's as shameless a cheerleader for the REIC as there is.

When prices are up he says it's a perfect time to buy because prices are rising. When prices are falling he says it's the perfect time to buy because prices are down. Sis-boom-bah.

Did you listen to what he said? Just vague generalities.

Just an amazing sign of the times that this con man gets these idiots to shell out hundreds to hear him give his idiotic 'get rich quick spiel'.

I would listen to him more if he hadn't bought into the Florida market at the peak

First the market is good. Then it's bad. Sounds like the NAR.

Hey Donald!

Your F....................ucked!

Let's see, "The prices are starting to come down big time so now is a good time to buy". Why, so that I can absorb the loss as the prices continue to decline? Sorry Donald, I'm just a small business owner but my business has been profitable for 15 of the last 17 years and your thinking doesn't sound right to me.

The Donald has a gift for generating publicity at market tops. He always reminded me of the sleazy guys who did cold calling at diner time trying to sell life insurance. He probably earns more money from his books than his real estate deals.

I don't trust Donald anymore. His trainwreck in NJ still bothers me.
That's why I'm going with Carlton Sheets from now on...
