A time capsule of the greatest financial mania in the history of mankind, told in real-time by regular folks and patriots. May future generations better understand the madness of crowds, and how power and money corrupt.
They all look like this. They all talk like this. All of 'em. Why is that?

Must be the lack of class, morals, upbringing, taste and education
That is how someone becomes REIC right?
nice hair
I need a shower after watching that.
I wanted to call and order the program but I was too scared.
guys,
this is a good sign. one year ago these guys were selling seminars on how to screw buyers. now they are switching to seminars on how to screw sellers.
Wouldn't it be great if the guy produced a "Celebrity Motivated Sellers" episode?
I'd suggest that they start with a call to "Casey Serin,"...
Hey - is that Greg Swann?
That is greg swanns brother, I swear.Pimping ain't easy for these folks.
"This is a powerful, POWERFUL experience!" (said with large protuding eyeballs)
This is also a "dynamite program"! Just ask him, he'll tell you!
Look, I've done some real estate investing, and sure, I've been a little scared about talking over the phone, but come on! These people who can't pick up the phone shouldn't be in the business to begin with. They are painfully introverted. The guy who spent $15,000 and never called a motivated seller is insanely hopeless.
I'll have to remember this though. Gee, all I have to do is make someone else waste their money on me, so I can call sellers and they listen in on the other line. I can actually get paid for doing that. What a country!
You know I'd like to see Casey and others sue these people for defective product. I'm sure Casey was promised cash returns for his ventures, and since they took money for the promise this leaves them open to the liability. Not only for the $30K but for the $2.2M as well. (A BK-less out for Casey???) Had they only promised house ownership that would be different story, but I'm guessing that's not the case. Toaster manufacturers are liable for the financial damage their product causes, so to here.
I think I just got VD watching that
What will these scum do after the crash?
I guess they'll prey on foreclosure victims now, eh?
Where do I sign up?
Small Hat
Wow, that was powerful...

Wait, I think that guy works at my local Jamba Juice... yeah, it is him. Have to leave him a tip next time. NOT

This guy sounds like he's had a few drinks. Maybe that's what he should suggest for the timid buyers he's refering to!
That presentation is about as interesting as week-old roadkill. And less useful. At least roadkill can be recycled as compost.
I just bought a used car from that guy..He gave me a great tail light warnity with it.

"Don't be afraid of the phone...
or of taking advantage of little old ladies and people in a bind!"
I think one of our earlier posters called that The American Way.
Because they all came out of the same clone tanks on Geneosis...
