Our prisons might not be big enough for all the mortgage brokers, appraisers, realtors and associated fraudsters on their way to jail

From this:

To this:

When there's no oversight, it's pretty easy to quickly get the biggest financial mania and bubble in recorded human history.

And it's also pretty easy to get the biggest crash the world has ever seen too.

Away we go.

Here's some of the recent headlines over at the mortgagefraudblog. Man, that must be one depressing blog to write - but great work. Wonder when Casey will make an appearance over there. Now only if Bush Sr. had seen it before taking the Mortgage Bankers Association's dirty money. Or maybe he did.

I don't see CA mentioned in any of those mortgage fraud listings.

Hmmmm. They must have legalized it here in CA. That explains why Casey is not wearing the orange jumpsuit yet.

EL QWEEFERINO,

You have the wrong picture up homey. These guys aren't going to real jail for white collar crime. If - and it'sa big if - they get any jail time at all it will be in a minimum security club fed sort of place where "cells" are bigger and better furnished than most of your readers' apartments.

That trifling sewage eating twerp from Uzfartistan. Someone needs to do the world a big favor and put that nincompoop out of his misery by cutting off his cojones and feeding them to dogs.

At least the mortgage brokebacks and realtrolls will have a roof over their heads and three warm meals a day in prison. The ones who don't end up in prison will be back on the streets in their previous jobs as hustlers and pimps.

I really like the efficient minimalist design of the unit in the bottom picture.

Does it come in something besides
beige?

Boy you got that right! Those minimum security fed country clubs will not be able to house all of them, nor will the entire penal system. In the end, the government will go after a few big dogs, to make an example, and give all the pups a smack on the nose and send them on their way! You know, suspended sentences, community service, standard bullsh*t.

Wow. Are those stainless steel apliances and reccesed lighting in there? how appropriate. I think I just got a sucker to buy me home here in Socal. I might walk away with 320k profit. Does that make me a thief? Who care. Now I can live like a pimp!
I want my cell with the crown molding, marble floors and a granite countertop for my desk there in the corner. Is there any room to negotiate a 40 inch LCD HD TV built in to the wall?

BTW..that jail cell looks cleaner and better than cabin I had on my last cruise on Norwegian.

If the fraud and deception went on long enough and involved multiple conspirators, the RICO act might apply in some instances.

BWA HA HA HA!! You went on a cruise. Man you renters are dumber than I thought.

that jail cell looks nice compared to a 400k sh-- hole "starter" home in LA

Nope I am a home-debtor like you. Let me differentiate: I am a 'smart' home debtor (pre-bubble, no refis or Helocs) that can still afford to go on vacation. Unlike you who cant afford cash vacations, nice cars and sending kids to college because they bought at the peak with an Interest Only Option ARM 50 year mortgage. Good lucck with that you friggin beotch troll.

anyone who goes on a cruise whether paying by cash or on credit is a loser

only exception is if you are 70 years old or more then it is perfectly acceptable to cruise

Keithmeister,

Not enough room? Let people like me run the place. I can get 24 bodies into that cell. That's an hour of bunktime for each. We'll let them work out the schedule, that process might reduce the occupancy some.
After they come back from a day of my special diet/workout program they won't be worried about the decor, in fact I expect to have new vacancies coming up everyday.
Our motto will be "They're not making any new bunkspace" and if they don't like the bunks there's always the showers...
Cheers! and have a nice day :)

++++++++++
I'm afraid you're right. And all the uneducated and/or stupid sheeple who signed up for predatory mortgage loans will be living in homeless shelters or, worse, on the street....

Mortgage BrokeBacks and Realtrolls are already being sentenced to prison times from 2-30 years. HAHAHA Rot in jail you REIC filthy trash. After you get out, if you fraudsters survive, you will be lucky to get your old back at McDonald's job flipping burgers.

If you dumbass REIC garbage think white collar crime means club fed, you have a rude awakening. Club Fed is only for the rich and powerful, not stupidass small-time hustlers like you

Oh I see . Hoi Poloi ey? Where do you kick up your strapless sandals at? St. Martin? Ibiza? Monte Carlo? More like the annual packing of your 22 relatives in the house on wheels to Six Flags Waterpark. Go fuck yourself you pretentious douchebag.
