Pack up and leave Iraq and Afghanistan. As long as we leave them alone they'll leave us alone.

You low rent SOB how dare you show a picture of a US soldier in this situation. I've been in combat an don't appreciate a piece of garbage like you using a wounded soldier to further your sick sense of humor.

i didn't know this was a political blog. i could've swore it was a housing blog.

I guess bad just wasn't good enough. Maybe worse will be sufficient. I picture 25,000 young Americans being sent to slaughter.

On the upside, it will temporarily fix the crashing economy and ramp up the printing presses.

Oh well, just another day in the business of government. Just send in your taxes and shut the F@CK up.

Daddy! Help!

If the American people had seen the coffins coming home, the death and injuries among the US troops, and the real story from Iraq, we'd be home by now

Anonymous said...

All I can say is thank god you pussies weren't around in 1942 when the 3000th American died.

I think the media needs to quit counting the dead and start interviewing the wounded soldiers that come back from Iraq, that'll wake this country up!

blogger said...

Where are the soldiers? Where are the protests outside the White House gates? Where's the outrage? Where's the college students taking buildings? Where are the songwriters?

The American people are hypnotized by the media, asleep, and don't care anymore.

$400,000,000,000 spent so far, likely $1 Trillion in total costs when this whole thing is said and done

Anyone feel they got their money's worth?

Anonymous said...

I hate to say it but I think that's a retouched photo ...

Anonymous said...

What was the cost of 9/11 both in terms of lives and dollars Keith? If the cost is not having another 9/11 then yes it was worth it.

And before you jump all over me I am not saying Saddam Hussein was responsbile for 9/11. But having a war THERE and keeping the sand niggers engaged THERE as opposed to HERE is worth it, yes.

Unless of course you are of the school of thought that Bush did 9/11 too?

We should ban all cars. Look what driving can do.

iraq and 9/11, you gotta be kidding

Anonymous said...

Well, there would be no need to engage "the sand niggers" there if WE DID'NT FINANCE THEIR WHOLESALE SLAUGHTER THROUGH THE TERRORISTIC STATE OF ISRAEL!

thanks for parroting the mainstream media you braindead sheeple

Some people just can't handle the truth obviously. If most Americans knew what they were responsible for in the their name in the past 100 years they would be shocked. I know many others couldn't care less or else feel it is their god-given right to slaughter other peoples of the world and steal their resources.

Here is what Hillary Clinton thought about 9/11 and Iraq. Al Qaeda was involved in 9/11 right?

"In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including al Qaeda members. It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons."

Sen. Hillary Clinton (D, NY), Oct 10, 2002

blogger said...

the above is why Hilary has zero chance in 2008

she's hated by the right and hated by the left

Anonymous said...

Again, the only difference between demoncrats and republisatans is spelling! In the end, they all do israels bidding no matter what the consequences are for America!

Anonymous said...

Hillary was simply parroting what most democrats and republicans thought at the time. Very few thought that Sadam was simply faking rebuilding his WMD capability.

If you exclude those politicians that are anti-war no matter what (and probably would have been protesting WW2 back in the 40s) were there more than 1 or 2 politicians who didn't believe at least some of what hillary said back then?

Dick Cheney made a speech in 1999 and said the place with the cheapest oil to get out of the ground was the middle east (close to the surface) . This war is over oil and profits (tanks, helicopters, Humv's...) for their buddies.

The Thinker said...

Sadam had nothing to do with 9/11 and he had no weapons of mass destruction. We lost too many lives in 9/11 and we doubled our losses with the Iraq war.

Say what you want about Sadam but he did a good job keeping the Islamist radicals and sectarian militias under control.

Now we have brought chaos to Iraq and with it, death and destruction on an immense scale.

We will loose this war, its just a matter of how many Americans have to die and come home maimed before we realize it. This war was lost before the first shot was fired.

"Victorious warriors win first; Then go to war. Defeated warriors go to war first; Then seek to win." (Sun Tsu)

When you're in a hole, stop digging.

However, if you broke it, you buy it.

It's too late to pull out now without causing a wider conflict. The Kurds will want their own state, and the Turks would invade Iraq to stop that. Southern Iraq would break away to form an alliance with Iran, Syria and the Hamas/Hezbollah terrorists in the Mideast. The Sunnis would look for help from the Arabs, causing a regional war between the sects and oil will spike to $200.

If you want to talk about slaughtering and stealing, look at the europeans first. They were still colonizing Africa and Europe in the 1960's. They were the ones who drew up these flawed boundaries in Iraq, Afghanistan and Southern Europe. They were the ones who started WWI and WWII.

Open your myopic left-wing retarded blame-America eyes and get your head out of your arse.

You don't think that BP Amoco, De Beers, Total and other European companies are still raping Africa and Asia? Where the hell do you think your computer came from? Cheap Chinese slave labor. Where does the energy come from for your transportation and utilities?

Stop acting high and mighty holier than thou

This war is over oil and profits (tanks, helicopters, Humv's...) for their buddies.

Sure it is and by that logic

Vietnam was a war for LBJ's buddies in the plane/tank/napalm business

WW2 a war for FDR's buddies in the plane/tank/nuke business

Korea was a war for Truman's buddies in the winter coat business

WW1 a war for Wilson's buddies in the trench digging business

Civil War a war for Lincoln's buddies in the gun powder business

War of Independence was a war for GW's buddies (that's George Washington not George W Bush) in the funky wig business

All I can say is thank god you pussies weren't around in 1942 when the 3000th American died.

With all the clamoring about being "fair and balanced," when I read a book about WWII, all I read about is the Halocaust, nothing about atomic bombs, etc... nothing about the crashing economics of Europe, etc...

These Colors Don't Run?

The hell they don't! Amerikkkan soldiers at their southern border post ran like rabbits. How safe are you?

" Armed group forces Guard to flee post near Sasabe"
Was the "armed group" a bunch of drug smugglers? Were they Al Qaeda terrorists bent on a school-yard massacre?
We don't know because Amerikkkan soldiers deserted their post, gave up the high ground and ran...and ran.
"National Guard troops working at an observatory post near Sasabe were approached by a group of armed individuals late Wednesday night and forced to flee, said Border Patrol and National Guard officials Thursday."

http://tinyurl.com/tf3w5

The Amerikkkan soldiers at the border followed the fleeing footsteps of their predecessors in Korea, Lebanon, Cuba, Vietnam, Lebanon (again) and Somalia.
Any bets on when they run from Iraq and Afghanistan?

Once Bush starts up the draft. there will be plenty of protests.

So Bush's speech was same old, same old - but worse. Now the troops in Baghdad will be under Maliki's operational control - so we are going to be the lackeys of the Shia in their civil war against the Sunnis - and with our firepower we'll be laying their areas to waste, old style parking lot time! - remember Fallujah - and as those TV pictures play on the TVs of the predominantly Sunni Muslim world we are going to lose them totally.
Not satisfied with that, Bush explicitly tells us that he's sent a carrier group to interdict Iranian support to the Shia in Iraq. Who's he kidding ? Iran has a long land border with Iraq, their support is coming by land ! That carrier group is for something else isn't it..

So on top of pissing off the Sunni he's gonna beat up on Shia Iran and piss them off too. Is this man mad ? stupid ? both ? If you are going to get involved in a civil war, PICK A SIDE you f*cker; preferably the majority, the one that gives you geopolitical advantage.. which has to be the Sunni - that's realpolitick.

Ideally of course stay the heck out of there.

Impeach the man.

-K

Iran, you're next:

Bush:

We are also taking other steps to bolster the security of Iraq and protect American interests in the Middle East. I recently ordered the deployment of an additional carrier strike group to the region

George Bush does the exact opposite of what he should do, and send in more troops instead of pulling them out. Casey Serin (flipper flop) does the exact opposite of what he should be do. Everything is politics, indeed.

The Mexikkkan Army is invading? Time to lynch Pancho Villa

If the American people had seen 700,000 soldiers in buried in mass graves during the Civil War, we would be two separate countries now. If the American people had seen 365,000 flag draped coffins during WWII, the National Socialist Germans and Imperial Japanese would be running the world right now.

Anonymous said...

Hahahaha. Yeah, we run like rabbits. But that's because all that's left is rubble and we want to get back to real life after obliterating the losers who tried to fuck with us.

Sure its time to leave, but only because there is nothing left to fight for. The Iraqis are fighting themselves.

Good! Now they'll stay out of our hair. Wasn't that the whole idea in the first place?

I will say this the day Kennedy was shot and killed this country changed and the big business of war took over. Gotta sell those weapons systems and spare parts.

Thank you for changing the picture showing the US Soldier being burned.

If I am what you called me, please arrange to meet me in an isolated spot and one-on-one we can decide if your remark is true. Trust me, you will run from the scene at first sight of me.

Courage is saying what needs to be said. Unless you are on the front lines, shut up with your bravado.

Regarding 1942, read Buchanan's book "A republic not an empire". It talks at length about WWII. Trust me, you are ignorant about this. I was too. WWII was another mistake that didnt have to go down like it did. In the end, THE WORLD would have been better off if we'd stayed out of it.

I guess the DailyKooks.com and other wacko websites know exactly what is going on

Let's see:

Missiles hit the WTC and the Pentagon

George Bush is an idiot but he fooled everyone because he planned the 9-11 attacks

Jews stayed home from work on 9-11

We went to war for oil, when we could have bought it from Saddam for $10/barrell on the black market like the Chinese and French were doing

The DailyKooks are a real riot

wooooo....

so you're saying because I own a computer I should support the illegal and immoral invasion of other countries????

Why do you assume thatI would support "Europeans" slaughtering and stealing?'

your comments are bizarre

the monsters who support the war should be required to serve two years in iraq. if that is not possible, because they are too rich and powerful to be made to do so, then they ought to at least be required to do volunteer work at a va hospital - where you will see the "monsters" (self described")that have been created in that hell hole created by bush. it is very unpleasant site. but those who sent them there will never see them. they who created the "monsters" are from the time of their inception the true monsters.
