More than 9,000 sex offenders have been arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials through a series of stings called Operation Predator in three years of operation, a 2006 Department of Homeland Security Report says. But some experts are wondering if the efforts are enough to protect innocent American children from being preyed on by returning criminal alien sex offenders.
Foreign nationals account for roughly 85 percent of child sex offenders arrested by the operation, which was launched by Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge in July 2003, officials say. And as WND previously has reported, authorities also have linked illegal aliens to a wave of gang-rapes across the U.S.
The program was designed to safeguard children from foreign national pedophiles, human traffickers and international sex tourists, and in the first year alone, ICE arrested more than 3,200 child predators in the U.S. who committed forms of child exploitation.
But Deborah Schurman-Kauflin, a researcher of violent crimes and criminal profiler who consults with FBI, state and local police, told WND, "Illegal immigrants who commit sex crimes first cross the U.S. border illegally, then gradually commit worse crimes and are continually released back into society or deported. Those who were deported simply returned illegally again. There is a clear pattern of criminal escalation. From misdemeanors such as assault or DUI, to drug offenses, illegal immigrants who commit sex crimes break U.S. laws repeatedly."
Now folks, we all know that criminal mexican invaders now kill more Americans each and every year, than were killed on 9/11. Yet, there is still a certain sect of multi-cult extremists that insist on sacrificing these innocent Americans so we can "embrace diversity". Let's see if they still defend these murderous, child-raping criminals after reading this article.

I agree that the borders need to be secured number one. In my view, it's assanine to keep blaming Mexicans (illegal immigrants) for doing something that you, after walking a few days and weeks in their shoes in Mexico, would also try to do.
If it's so damn important to us Americans to secure the border, then why in God's name don't we stop yapping online and actually seal and control the border crossings? It's not like it can't be done.
Here's the answer: We American's lack political will to change the status quo. This should have all been taken care of 4 years ago, but instead nothing has happened to stop illegal immigration.
A good example of this American incompetence is having our elected congressional leaders agree to spend millions of dollars on a fence to secure the border, but leaving thousands of miles of border unfenced, wide open and susceptible to illegal entry.
It all goes back to electing competent leaders.
Every one of us shares the blame, not just illegal immigrants.
To answer your question Keith, no they won't go back willingly because life in the US is still better economically than in Mexico.
Socially speaking most illegal Mexican immigrants would rather be together with their extended families in Mexico. Just my opinion.

Being a resident in SoCal I'm among these folk all the time. IMHO most of them are here to find work and a better life. There isn't much wrong there. The problem is that they are getting a free pass that's costing the rest of us and our kids. If they are here to work fine - but don't tax the infastructure that my parents and grandparents (legal immigrants) paid for.
All ethnic groups experienced horrible prejudice as a first generation - don't hire micks, don't hire ginnies, don't hire pollacks, etc... But they did not overwhelm the system and they assimilated. My grandparents worked the shity jobs of the day as some Mexicans are today. They did not go hat in hand to the government offices and therefore the taxpayers. My grandfather painted and did maintenance on the church that gave him assistance (at cost or free) throughout his life. Most importantly, they both learned the language. The government did not print forms in their language, give them free healthcare, free schooling. They sucked it up for my parents to have a better life etc. The community helped its own, not the government. All "continual" government assistance does is create a permanent underclass and thereby voters.
On a more personal note, my daughter had some serious health issues ar birth. She was taken to a great children's hospital and everything worked out fine. While she was there, she was the only baby out of 7 in the IC unit that had American parents. Now I don't think it would be a far stretch to say that we were the only ones with health insurance. For sure the bills we incurred even after insurance were inflated directly in part to pay for the other 6. Should the other kids have been turned away? Their parents should not have been here in the first place and it should be the Mexican government taking care of them, not my tax dollars and insurance premiums.
IMO it needs to be the churches, community org.'s, etc.. that take care of these people. If I choose to assist, volunteer, or donate to one of these places I am a better person ,Christian, etc. for it but it only creates resentment towards people to have government mandate it.
Back to housing, I was at a RE broker meeting yesterday. I learned that during the run up of the last few years the banks were very lax on proof of valid Social Security #'s in doing loans. Now that the housing Titanic has hit the iceberg they have tightened standards considerably, the people are now stuck in these loans (mostly shity ARM's / neg ams) and can't refi out without a S.S. #. Looks to me as if there will be a lot of inventory coming up in these communities.

the ones working are paying into a social security system that they will most likely never make a claim against and the goverment knows this. Those who are working here even under ficticious ssn's and tin's are paying into the tax system and social security system and, with a few well publisized exceptions, most will not receive any benefits. it takes a lot of dough to pay all the seasoned citizens the benefits they've grown to expect. when in doubt, follow the money. it also helps to keep the price of imported Mexican crude oil cheap if illegal immigration is looked upon with a wink and a nod. imho, we should be working toward creating improved channels for legal immigration of those folks who simply want to come here for keeps and make better lives for themselves and their children. with immigration that is DONE CORRECTLY, Latins can make very good citizens just like Germans or Italians or Scots.

Given the shape that New Orleans continues to be in post-Katrina, I wouldn't mind if the government did some serious screening and made an offer for those who passed that would go something like a homesteading offer - for them or anyone else - free lot and dilapidated house provided that you have it up to living code within one year - trouble with the law, instant deportation. But, learn English and have the joint livable within the year with one year of your own blood, sweat and tears? Well, welcome to America amigo, you're a citizen and go get your family to move in with you provided they learn English when they get here also. Anything would be better than the crappy environment down there right now.

This will be a better country when the Mexicans become the majority. Just look at how wonderful Mexico City and Tijuana have become under their rule. They have very low corruption and unemployment. Their hygiene is great and they are a highly educated population. They are not irresponsible in having more children than they can care for. Their children do not drop out of school in large numbers or join violent gangs. We will be better able to compete with in the world economy with a larger Hispanic population.
What's White American:
A causasian person of a mix of European heritages which on the periphery, include fair skinned Slavic, Armenian, and non-Muslim Turkish, Persian, and Arabic backgrounds where the emphasis is on the "Greek/Italian" fair toned with perhaps light olive features (ala no Yemeni/Sudanese/Indian looking types). The other key here is that the focus is on accepting Catholicism or Orthodoxy instead of one of the Islamic flavors, if their ancestors had lived on the periphery. If the born again missionaries wipe out Islam, a lot more people will be "white" in a heartbeat.
What's an Asian-American:
A Hawaiian person or of a Polynesian/Samoan look which oddly includes the fairer skinned Altaic races of China, Japan, Siberia, and Korean. These people are generally accepted in California, many Pacific Island territories, as well as the east coast cities. In addition, these peoples are stereotyped as the model minority of America for being workaholics and elite sci/math students.
What's Hispanic:
All those, including former whites who'd disengaged themselves from their roots in Italy, Southern France, Spain, and Portugal and have integrated into central and south American societies. These white hispanics occasionally re-discover their Italian roots and find themselves well integrated in American society once they've cut those ties with Argentina or Brazil. Otherwise, the public use of Spanish and Portuguese and the acceptance of mestizos, as peers, creates a divide within mainstream American culture which has no problems with Hungarian Goulash or Chicken Kiev, originating from eastern European-Americans who speak English (and don't wear Babuskas) but can't stand people who don't speak English and hang out with non-Asian peoples of color. In general, it's considered ok for whites and Asians to hang out but not hispanics since Asians are the so-called model minority. So that's a hispanic in a complex nutshell.

Actually the problem is the billions and billions of dollars it costs the taxpayers to subsidize EVERYONE. If an American abuses the system, it's just as bad, it has nothing to do with where you were born.

These are the three items that should be addressed. Race has NOTHING to do with any of it.
Number One - It's about securing US borders: north, south, east and west. Hasn't been done yet and it is a must-have given the threat of international terrorism.
Number Two - The usage by illegal immigrants of U.S. social services (education, medical, community) despite not contributing themselves to the coverage of these costs through income taxes.
This must either be set right through identifation and income taxation.
Number Three - The "limbo" status of illegal residents cannot continue. It's either legal residence and citizenship or nothing. Having 11 to 13 million illegal residents in the USA who are not citizens, are not on any path to legal citizenship, don't pay taxes, don't vote, but just work, earn money and consume is not acceptable for any nation.
Residence for the purpose of economic gain is insufficient. Residence for work should be a.) conditional and b.) temporary, as it would be for any American citizen that would wish to work in Europe or Argentina, for example.
Avenues already exist for green card application and legal residency/eventual citizenship.

Why should they go home? With the help of the democratic house majority, they will soon be given amnesty. Then all of the unemployed ILLEGAL Aliens will be legal residents and they will be qualified for unemployment benefits. That is to go with the WIC, food stamps, and education for their anchor babies that we already pay for. The tax payers will continue to get screwed.
If they don't go home, send them home in body bags or bury them at sea.
Some yes, some no. The washington post did a story on how many illegals are leaving to follow the work. If they are single & their intent was to just make money here to send home, then they will look for other work in other parts of the US. If they cannot find any then they will likely return. If the established roots here and/or brought their family with them then they are more inclined to stay.
FYI, we are all descendants of immigrants here in the US. We once has soo much work we just let people come unannounced, go through mass cattle call processing and virtually everyone was allowed in.
While circumstances have changed, we need only thoughtfully modify our polices, not shut them out. We have way too many native borns on welfare , engaged in criminal enterprise, or with a mooch mentality. While the illegals are not paying taxes and putting a strain on gov't services, so are the millions of native born deadbeats. At least these guys are willing to work. If they are criminals, have disease, other issues then don't let them in. Let the other one's in and regulate it, make them pay taxes, learn English etc. Bill Mexico for the back to costs of servicing their illegals (FYI, Mexico has one of the most xenophobic immigration polices in the Hemisphere).

No they won't leave because the jobs are still here. In Arizona, they are still building, especially commercial, like there never was a bubble. I can drive in any direction and see office condos or some other commercial development sprouting up. Funny thing is after these projects are complete most of them sit empty or with maybe 10-20% occupancy rate. In any case, if they ever do leave I hope their women stay. Latin women are HOT!!!

Made the switch from Retail (branch manager of mortgage lender) cause like the rest of us, I could see the CRASH a mile away. I'm a blonde haired blue eyed midwesterner from a small town and love my country, my grandfather only drives american cars....but.....THIS IS REALLY TURNING MY STOMACH. HOW BIGGOTTED CAN SOME OF THESE BLOGGERS BE??? HOW EDUCATED WERE YOUR GREATGRANDPARENTS WHEN THEY "ILLEGEALLY" CAME OVER FROM EUROPE?
I love the content about the housing market as it is informitive, but to mix racism into "HousingPANIC" rants makes me want boycott the site.
Please can we seperate the housing market from racist remarks? Please include the other 200 million other illegeal (non-hispanic) immegrants and their decendents or don't talk about one race.
I'm sure with all these great minds on here we can focus on the "investors", Casey Serins, snakeoil salesman, and pipe dreamers who swear home prices will continue to rise 18% a year after this "blip".

What about all the poor McMansion owners who need cheep illegal housekeepers, nannies, gardeners, landscapers, maintenance workers, etc. Things overgrow and fall apart very quickly down here, because of the weather. When the higher paid illegal construction workers leave the state due to less construction work, they take their housekeeper wives, and their extended family members doing this kind of cheaper work, with them.
What are all the McMansion owners to do? Take a look at Google Earth, and see for yourself, the enormous amount prime real estate there is in this state, that needs to be serviced by cheep illegals. Perhaps this is why the wealthy people lobby so hard to keep illegals flowing in this country. I feel sorry for them. NOT!

The democrats and the republicans are awful when it comes to illegal immigration.
That's why I'm an independent. I know, most dumb people don't think you can be an independent, that you MUST be a liberal or a conservative, a democrat or a republican.
However, once you realize that both parties are corrupt, and that partisianship is ruining this country, then you can work to get something done.
I think on immigration you'll see the republicans wise up and make this an issue they can win support on. No amnesty, no support, no tolerance, ship them back home. That's a winning policy. The true conservatives will be picking up on this and running with it.
My niece is 19 and has been trying to start a credit hostory for herself for a year now. Trouble is, 3 mexicans are using her SS #. The bank and Government tell her SHE has to fix it. While standing in line to fill out paperwork to TRY and fix the problem she says people are talking about this dragging out for years. They have addresses for these people and names, but the Gov. won't do anything. This is really bad. Breaking into the country illegally is just the start of the crime.

Racism or in particular white vs non-white (including South Asians, Hispanics, Blacks, and to a far lesser extent, east Asians) is a part of American life. The reason why I de-emphasis Asian is because Hawaii is an Asian state within the US system and Asians are typecasted as fairer model minorities which is why Asian-White couples are approved of by even conservative parents and grandparents nowadays.
What you're seeing on this site is what you don't see in proper society because most people keep their racist ideas to themselves (and their fraternities like the Lions Club or Sons of Italy [ Ireland or whatever]). Realize, it's not PC to say certain epithets and slurs in public as indicated by Atlanta Brave's John Rocker.
I don't know about you but please tell me... America was in a cold war with the USSR for fifty years with missiles pointed at one another and during this time, African-Americans served in overseas posts in Western Europe, South Korea, Vietnam, and the Philippines but yet, once Gorby showed up and the wall fell, all of the sudden, Slavic peoples were the greatest thing since sliced bread but still, blacks were considered criminals? Here's why, over the past century, American Slavs were rapidly assimilated and they joined in the white vs black divide as the eastern European allies to prevent one's offsprings from dating with another race. Then, after this time period, there's practically no difference between a white American whose ancestors had come from the UK vs one from Vladivostok provided that they were of the same color (i.e. fair skinned).
Now, what's happening is that the hispanic population is forming a nation within a nation model which is both race and language dependent and this infuriates the average white person which is what you're seeing on this blog.
It really is a shame that there are no patriots patrolling the border. Would it even be illegal to machine gun the invaders to death as they penetrated the border?

How could a massive uncontrolled migration of poor uneducated people from the third world cause any negative effects? We had the same situation in the early 1900's, except there was no welfare system and free medical care for the 30 million illegal aliens. The MS-13 gang chopping body parts off with machetes and shooting police is good for this country. So is the slave labor system. Illegal immigrants only make up 28% of the Federal Prison System.
I had my SS # stolen twice -- likely by illegals. It is annoying and for some people financially catastrophic.
