A time capsule of the greatest financial mania in the history of mankind, told in real-time by regular folks and patriots. May future generations better understand the madness of crowds, and how power and money corrupt.

great song
Good choice!
some crash.
Prices down a whopping 3% nationally from all time highs. Mortgage apps jump 17% last week. By a margin of 2:1 WSJ survery of economists say the worst is over for housing. Home builder stocks up 40% in the past 6 months
I think a better Dave Matthews title would be Steady As We Go
How about this for a housing song:
Gene La Marr
"That Crazy Little House On The Hill"
Reminds me of the homes up in Signal Hill.
Dr. Housing Bubble

Anybody, everybody PLEASE check out the link to this film!
M3, inflation, fed all in a film by a Hollywood producer!
House of the Rising Sun
There is a house in New Orleans
They call the Rising Sun.
It's been the ruin of many a poor girl,
and me, O God, for one.
