Obama,
Media darling and diversity lightweight. Why the hell would I vote for him? Because he's black and white? So what! Who cares. How many more illegals does he want to let in? Huh? How much more of the middle class does he want to outsource? Screw him. I will vote for someone who doesn't want the job not some self-annointed media darling who pushes the whole multi-cultural BS bandwagon. Grow up, Keith.

Light Weight!!

The American voter ain't in charge of Jack Shiite. Hillary is the chosen one on the dem side because TPTB already know that the Clintons are putty in their hands. Bush, Clinton, Bush, Clinton. You have no choice, you have no hope. Oh well, enjoy it while it lasts.

Who the f*ck would vote for some guy whose name rhymes with "Osama?"

Outside of academia and the journalists, who would vote for this "diversity" candidate?

Anonymous said...

Does this guy have any qualifications, other than being a racial mutt and a one-term senatory? What's his opinion on the fed?

I’m believe Obama is possibly a good man, judging by his action on behalf of veterans that were getting screwed on their disability ratings. However, I believe he is part of the status quo beholding to the corporate machine that got him elected. Lets face it! global corporate powers control it all, the vast majority of our elected officials are nothing more than puppets. Case and point: Immigration Policy in favor of corporate interest. Out of control ID Theft, yet nothing is done to stop corporate America from collecting this private information for their own purpose.

The Fed takes action to override those states that have enacted ID Theft laws protecting their citizens. Just how hard would it be for our Congress to allow the average Joe to place a Freeze on his credit report, they won’t! because they are subservient to the credit agencies and corporate interest. I hate to go all Richard but! I strongly suspect that “The Company” owns one or more of these credit agencies. Why! Because the Privacy Act controls how government agencies must handle our personal private information. When in comes to private interest the gloves are off.

Keith I am totally sorry for ranting on this reply, but people need to be aware of this crap.

I won’t let it happen again..

Read his book first before making a decision about him.

Remember Mein Kampf?

Half American half socialist talk, great speaker, he boils down to a socialist in my book. I smell
rising political opportunity in this country.

Lots of haters but this guy is gonna be prez

David in JAX said...

I believe the first non white president will have to be a Republican due to the number of cross over voters it takes to get elected. Democrats have the African American vote locked up. I'm not sure how Obama will atract the average middle class white voter that makes up the Republican vote. I also think he may drive away the Hispanic and redneck voters just because he's partially Black.

Anonymous said...

No executive experience. Which leads to why people are interested.

a. Charisma and clear speaking ability.
b. He is black. ( class identification )

David in JAX said...

I might as well throw out my prediction for the next president. Unfortunately, I think it will be John McCain. His name is well known and he has potential for lots of cross over votes. I think the other big names like Clinton, Gingrich and Giuliani all have to much baggage and have scorned to many key special interest groups.

Lets do some research:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Obama

1. state legislature experience
2. tried pot and cocaine when teen. ( admits in book )
3. Went to a muslim school and catholic school during childhood.
4. Mother related to Indonesian oil interests.

This is just a start. As you can see, not presidential material folks.

The media elects a president! We can see Keith has been manipulated.

The man admitted to smoking pot. That shows more honesty and integrity than the last two presidents. When I first heard him speak at the DNC, I said - that man is going to be president. Damn do we need someone inspiring right now

I saw a picture of him where he had just walked across a snowy lawn in Chicago. The interesting thing was that he left no footprints -- being the lightweight that he is.

any one who our crooked, biased, media conjures up...can go to hell, along with the commie pinkos in the media.

we have not freedom of press...it is all CANNED programing. Any time, any one is about to say something controversial, or extraordinary, or BALLsy, they cut him off or go to commerical break.

I can't wait to hear him explain how we're going to afford all that.

He believes in spending a lot of money. How about making all these things (education, housing, health care, retirement) affordable by lowering their costs?

Lowering costs is the answer. Education, health care and housing costs have all skyrocketed in the last 10 years without significant improvement in quality. We need to rationalize all these items, increase competition within these industries (yes, they are all industries), increase productivity and lower costs.

Read 'The Power of Productivity', written by William Lewis, the founder of McKinsey's Global Institute, with the full support of McKinsey and Company's singular experience in this area. He is talking sense.

Agreed. But, unfortunately, it will never happen.

Hell No!!!!!!!!

No. Something about the guy I absolutely do not trust. Of course I said this about Clinton and Bush. I prefer an isolationist that is a fiscal conservative and somewhat socially liberal (make pot legal and NO HILLARY CARE!). We all know how well the social welfare experiment in New Orleans worked out. Those people were so stuck on the Government teat they didn't know how to get out of there!

Given that this blog is "housing panic", you might want to look up the Chicago real estate deal Mr. Obama wrangled for himself using one of his supporters help before you go all goo - gah over the Senator with 2 years of experience under his belt. I know that none of them are completely straight and he is incredibly well spoken and articulate, but.... what did we get last time we elected someone with not a whole lot of experience and who came from a somewhat coddled background? Not saying Mr. Obama is from a coddled background but he definitely is unseasoned and untested. Personally I'd vote for the lovable screamer, Howard Dean, before I voted for Barak Obama at this point but that could change four or more years out. If the poeple on this blog are correct in their predictions about Great Depression II, that will surely separate the wheat from the chaff.

Are we discussing Steve Jobs in 2008 again? No thats right Steve hung out with the Hare Krishnas too.

NO. Obama is getting a free ride from the press because he is black and speaks well. Where's his experience, where's his leadership, what has he EVER done to be considered presidential material? Answers: None, none, and nothing.

You can make a statement like this with GW Bush in office? The dumbest man ever to sit in the Whitehouse.

Hope, the cruelest lie of all.

Barak did at least admit in a recent speech that the support he is seeing stems more from a desired change among the electorate than his own experience - he doesn't believe the press he is getting and at least acts humble and in deed, he may be humble. So, in my book, he does score one on that attribute.

Paul E. Math said...

Obama is a great man. He is highly intelligent and principled. But he doesn't know the answer. And if he did he wouldn't have the support of the msm.

The answer is lowering costs by increasing competition - exactly what no corporations wants.

And I am a fiscal conservative.

No one with money will support this but it's exaclty what the lower and middle classes needs.

Leave Jobs alone. Eating at the Hari Krishna center was a great way to save money. And look what he did with it? Do you think Wozniak could run Apple alone? I think not but unfortunately, being a CEO usually isn't enough to be a Pres since one doesn't have dictatorial powers but has to delegate a lot of authority to different parties. CEOs, in contrast, are used to having things their way.

Obama needs to come up with solutions if he wants to make up for his lack of experience.

Real geniuses, like Alexander Hamilton, were like that. They could make up for the lack of years with visionary insights and initiatives. Most people couldn't believe that his writings, at the youthful age of 16, were that of a teenager but that of a 30-something statesman.

All I see in Obama is the standard rhetorical claptrap of everyone who wants to run for an office under a centrist mandala. Well... even that ploy is beginning to get old.

Anonymous said...

I like Barack Obama a lot. But 2008 is not his time. He'll need to get some higher level experience before he's electable.

Loved his speech at the 2004 convention and his legislation on healthcare tort reform with Hillary is spot on.

It's just not going to happen in 2008.

McCain's the man if he gets the nomination.

Anonymous said...

A democrat from Chicago? By definition, he is corrupt.

Anonymous said...

He's probably the best choice, but no way will he win. We'll probably have to choose the lesser of two evils, yet again. Gotta love this "democracy."

Anonymous said...

not even a chance. Another played out, hyped up trend that Keith gets on way too late. Plus he's a stupid Dem/Lib, who would ever vote for one of those?

Anonymous said...

A far left, socialist black man with Hussein as his middle man.

Yeah he'll get those elusive Southern states Gore and Kerry couldn't get.

Anonymous said...

Alexander Hamilton was both a white protestant and one of the smartest men in America's political and legal history, Obama and Hillary are neither.

There's simply no way to compare Hamilton to any politician of today.

Anonymous said...

Keith is spending too much time in London. He actually believes Obama is a centrist. By Londonistan and NY Times standards I suppose he is. To the 90% of the US who doesn't live in NY or LA he is a far left radical socialist.

Keith you are beyod crazy if you think he has a chance in hell.

If nothing else, Obama is going to expose Hilary as the poser she is. Behind that carefully planned and crafted public persona, she is the Ice Queen, a 21st century version of Richard Nixon. Read Dick Morris' book Rewriting History to get the real lowdown on Hilary. People who plan to vote for her are as clueless as the current gaggle of Obamiacs

Anonymous said...

Obama is an intelligent guy who is very articulate. After 6 years of a prez who can't string together 3 words without stumbling, Obama is refreshing. However people elect a prez on more than how well he speaks. Issues do matter. When the masses find out what Obama stands for - high taxes, pro-amnesty for illegals, socialized health care, pro-abortion, anti-gun, anti-death penalty, pro-gay marriage, anti school vouchers, anti drilling for oil in ANWR - the honeymoon will be over fast.

Anonymous said...

Also, Democratic candidates usually need to be a governor of a southern state like former presidents, Clinton and Carter. The idea of another northern centrist posher will backfire pretty quickly on the national scene. Dean, however, may be an exception to this since he sort of appears more like a midwesterner than a typical liberal northern governor or congress person.

This 'hi yella' type probably has an IQ of about 90, on a good day.

He slavishly adheres to the Communist agenda. The Communist agenda is always the exact same agenda as the Jewish agenda. It's a pro-death agenda.

They'll scream and cry when Tookie Williams gets gassed, but you never hear them cry about all the babies being murdered by abortion each year, by and large by Jewish abortion docs, who operate out of heavily-fortified bunkers, like the little worms that they are.

To them, guns are bad, because they run the government and they are purposely doing a shitty job. So of course it makes sense for Commie Obama to be anti-gun, as well as all the other ridiculous stances that Commie Jews push.

Got to get those women their right to divorce and abortion!
