Hey Keith - he is PAID to say those things. . .if he quits, they will hire someone else - maybe some has been star like Anna Nicole (although she does have more entertainment value) . . .the sad part is not the NAR and David Lereah, but the MSM who quotes him. . .would they quote a used car salesman? . . .well, considering how many adds for cars there are in newspapers, they probably would.

that shows how desperate and insecure the guy is, because he will do anything to keep his job. he thinks that his is married to his job and that's the only thing left in this world, not to mention - that's the only thing he knows of doing.
Blame the MSM for keeping this guy afloat. If they were doing their job he would have already been dragged into the street, hog tied and beaten.

You often hear of the NAR being a monopoly when it comes to home listings, but what you never hear is that the NAR is probably an even worse monopoly when it comes to statistics. The presss has no where else to get them, so they're willing to eat NAR dog food whenever they ring the dinner bell...

Never take advice from a sales person. There's something to be said about about how NAR cheerleaders, and other industry insiders, only spout positive or good news. They never never mention anything that sounds negative.
