Ok, Ill say it once more...

The SMART money has ALREADY left real estate. Nothing but dumb money, and bagholers are left...

When will the sheeple get a clue?
My guess... NEVER.
Fools and their money will soon be seperated.

Nuff said, have a nice day.

The guy sounds scared. My Take! He’s one of the plastic surgeons that invested in this farce. I guess they don’t have the budget for a professional commercial. Time to start pushing more pharmaceuticals or bring back the coke cartels, same difference.

Must be W's fault, and yes, FOX News was involved and Dick Cheney and all neocons... :-)

The "prime real estate of Miami" sure does look appealing. I would looove to live on a long flat road where, off in the distance to the south I can barely make out where I work and off in the distance to the north, I can see all the cool stuff, with nothing anywhere nearby (excpet the museum, which is also "developing"). I'll pass.

1) W's misguided "ownership society" buy-a-home-regardless-of-price push is partly to blame

2) fox news is partly to blame as it helped dumb down american society to the point that the dummies made horrific financial decisions

3) dick cheney is partly at fault because, well, hmmm..., i'm not sure how, but the dark lord is always at fault somehow!

folks:

it's also a walking distance to your lender you gave you an option ARM and a walking to distance to a BK attorney should you need one in the future.

Did anybody notice the "@%$#&! the Joneses!" sign in the background?

That's the attitude people should have about "keeping up with the Joneses". Because the Joneses are @%$#&!ed thanks to the housing crash.

is there a condo glut in Miami? I live in Miami and have never seen all those buildings...espcially at night when you do not see any lights. This place is on the verge of a major collapse thanks to Latin, European, and money laundering speculators. Hasta la vista Miami.
