The housing crash will produce more and more unemployed realtors and the likes. They have nothing to do all day now except watch Oprah and troll HP. Ignore them, and I'll do my best to zap 'em.

This is the first and only blog that I have experienced as a faithful participant, and have been learning blog etiquette as I go.
HP has copious great info. on things I hold dear (like money and a Home), really intelligent posters, good authors, and daily belly laughs, but I/we could not tell HPrs from this troll/sock puppet.
At one point, for a while, I think he/she was the only person posting.
He even posted “Don’t feed the Troll” at one point.
I am just sayin.

I'm the troll from yesterday. I visit here everyday and I'm not a realtor. Keith, If you want to make a blog about the housing bubble, I'll remain quiet. If you want to make a blog about racism, politics, peak oil and nuclear war I'll troll the crap out of everybody on this site. you only want to inflame everybody with your posts just to get traffic up.
You delete alot of comments to serve your own purposes, and dont forget you send all your monkeys to other sites to disrupt their blogs. Hows it feel to have people disrupt yours? Your blog aint squat without all the anonomous posters here, unless you want to hear from the 5-10 people all day, everyday. I am curious - are most of the "deleted by author" items because of trolling or is it blog spammers?
Also, what level of abuse or baiting is considered trolling? I am afraid I may be pushing the envelope a bit at times. Is "Praise be to Allah" trolling? Is "Praise be to Allah, Praise be to Allah" trolling? Maybe "Praise be to Allah, Praise be to Allah, KABOOM!!!" is trolling.
Anyway, I have an idea for a new TV show selling houses. A bunch of potential buyers are brought in. Each of them is given a button. A home seller is brought in, and a scoreboard starts at the asking price and then starts counting down. The first person to push their button gets it at that price. The pressure part about this would be that the seller would make a deal with the show that he would sell it at the show price! Diabolical I think. I bet people would watch it.
I post as anonymous all the time too - I know my realtor looks at this blog and I don't want her to figure out it's me! To chicken to sign in.

Done with it. We aren't going to play the game anymore. Every seller has to see this. A realtor tells us to go lower on our selling price. Homes are being dropped to crazy prices. People are you desparate? I am tired of all the negative stuff about real estate and tired of the realtors wanting to make a quick sale. Don't give your homes away people!!! Stand up and make a difference. Keep your prices at what you listed them at unless you are in a desparate situation. Fight back! We are. I don't even care if we have to wait a gazillion days or months to get what our home is worth. We just had a friend get an appraisal and boy what a surprise that was. Its way above what these sellers are selling their homes for.

So I spent the morning looking around at houses in Bothell, WA. Checking Zip Realty there are only a couple of hundred houses available, and NONE are lowering their asking prices.
In fact, none of them seem to think there's any problem. Bubble? Crash? Who are you kidding? They're building more and more homes around here outside Seattle and they're selling like hotcakes.
I talked to 3 H1B people from India that bought this year alone so far.

Trusting a realtor to tell you what to buy is like trusting a car salesman or a stockbroker. They will only do whatever is in their best interest.
