Uhh, I posted that as a joke, not a very funny one. I figured that idiot Keith would fall all over it. I'm a true bubble believer and I want to see some pain and 50% drops. The reason for the post was to show how stupid Keith actually is.
Andrew, for a stupid guy Keith sure comes up with a high volume of new ideas every day. Plus he manages to stay fairly neutral when it comes to inflammatory remarks and pissing contests. The bottom line is that he is enjoying Europe on his bubble sitter nest egg while you piss your life away for some corporate pimp box real estate office just waiting for things to get better. So, go get a cup of coffee and spend the rest of the day trying to see up Suzanne’s skirt, God knows there wont be any interruptions from the phone ringing or clients walking in the door.
I'm tracking house prices here in SW Reno because it will be something too look back on when prices implode. I honestly believe we will NEVER AGAIN see prices this high in our lifetime.

Perhaps he is not the raving lunatic racist I take him for, but instead a good guy totally smashed out of his gourd drinking like a fish each and every day and night. That could explain seemingly racist remarks and his meandering stream of consciousness that drifts from sane to bizarre at different times of the day. Lay off the sauce Keith, that stuff will pickle your brain permanently.
