I like how everyone can get pumped to say I told you so, even when they are taking it in equal measure up the backside. If we realtors are screwed, so is everyone else. The hungryrealtors.com crew is out selling cars or amway somewhere. Anyone who warns of the housing bubble, is often unhappy with other aspects in their life.
If you think that a domain on some website makes a difference, then you don't sell real estate. People don't buy homes from websites, they buy from people.
You can middle out the travel agent online, but there are too many moving parts for websites to take our jobs and liability.
I don't believe any of us realtors, are sitting around going "oh shit the hungryagent site has turned the world against us". We show up for our presentation in person, and quickly make you look like a marketing scam.
Soon people will know, that the fear vendors like you. Are a bunch of lazy ass people who could not hang in the world of real estate. You can't dominate a market that you never owned.
