The Royal Willetta, a short 6 block walk from all the Van Buren St hookers you can handle! Bring your folded $20 bills and easy access pants!

Kind of reminds me of The Hollywood Squares Game Show.

I’ll take Paul Lynn for the win.

Kind of like the "East Village" area of San Diego - code for hookers, drugs, homeless, and the largest collection of sex offenders per square block in SoCal. . .add expensive condos like Union Square and Village Walk. . .presto- customers for drugs dealers, places to rob, and new children to molest! How can these realtors live with themselves??

these truly would be the last fools in

they probably paid $1 for the building, with the last owner saving money vs. having it demolished

The stainless steel appliances and designer colors make it worth every penny of the price.

It looks like a former motel. The interior pictures are hideous. This must be the cheapest "sophisticated" remodeling in the history of Phoenix. I notice they don't give prices. I wonder why.

Is it just me or do these units look small?
The sliding glass doors look gigantic compared to the balconies.

taxes will get them again with time and asset sales falling, if they cant sell, at a quarter the tax assessed value, for years on years, they will take a third the tax assessed value in orderto avoid paying what amounts to fifteen percent of itsfair market value in the days, dollar value, in yearly taxes, that always compound due to local governments desires for the control of more moneys, to skim,to the politicaly correct, with cost of living increases that include the cost of government and compliance to it, as their land grab scheme and more power and controls of other peoples properties, at least until it all, is theirs

rumor: Eddie Lampert getting long Home Depot.

Those inside pictures are computer generated with a graphics program like Autocad.

My question remains: Why are there no pix of the inside?

they ran out of money after painting the outside. waiting for greater fools to commit before actually starting work on the interior.

ok, now this is something in know a bit about. i am not too far from this project, in a historic district near downtown. this building is an apartment to condo conversion. despite the crappy pics and graphics, it has some cool, mid-century desert design. the problem is the location. this neighborhood backs to interstate 10 freeway through downtown, which is about 14 lanes wide there, and the trucks roll through 24/7. the neighborhood has a good mix of small bungalows and duplexes, but the area is still seedy. the homes are similar to coronado or willo districts, but not nearly as nice and not restored. the only redeeming reason to buy there is if it is priced low. knowing a bit about jarson & jarson, they will suggest bamboo floors, granite, SS, and want $400 per SF. they did this already at the bon vie in scottsdale. a studio in this area should go for about $200 per SF. royal, my ass.

Generic cookie-cutter condos a la Eastern communist bloc style for genetic mutants.
Keith,
Don't blame you for moving out of Phoenix metro area...my advice to you is to never look back or return..the amount of white trash scum and pseudo middle class pretension here, is astounding...in my 50 years, I've never experienced such a bland souless materialistic community, in the pursuit of short-term "happiness".
On the social front, have been amazed at the number of broken families resulting in so many confused and lost minors. There's an entire young generation here just floundering with no direction. I have empathy for these kids, as I've met many thru my kids, and doing my little part to talk to them and offer some advice when appropriate.
The kids seem more mature than a lot of their parents, and hopefully they eventually can move on and make a better life for themselves.

I like them, but are those WALL/WINDOW unit AC's??? What happened to Central Air and Heat??? In the desert AC is a need not a want.
Ridiculous.
