I almost fell off the housing bubble wagon May of 2005. So now I get to say I Told Me So!

If they bought at bubble prices, the answer is NO. The price erosion is painful enough, and they'll remember your past advice
many if not most home sellers and agents STILL don't think it's a bubble or that it's going go go down so it's hard to tell them "I told you so" when they're still in denial that it's so.
I don't feel any need to say it. I am satisifed with having been right. The last thing you want to do is rub salt in the wounds of people who bought at the wrong time. If you, as I am, are prepared for the coming downturn by investing defensively and saving a down payment, you will be rewarded amply enough. Taunting others is bad karma, bad manners, and doesn't actually gain you anything of tangible value, so why bother?
Isn't there something more helpful we can come up with than "I told you so"? Surely, the great minds on this blog can point out someway to help people out of this quicksand or at least point them in the right direction.
They do not want to hear and they will not listen. They are not "$ick" enough yet. Keiths message only gets out the the ones that seek it.
Nice thought though. Could bring prices back to earth sooner. hehehe.

You take your stand one time saying' I think there is a bubble'...they disagree with you. Then, you dont say I told you so. You keep emailing them articles and graphs from these blogs. MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
I do this to my shit head brother in law loon-officer. Emails straight to his Blackberry with the subject line that reads "I need a quote" the he opens it and its a graph for this blog!!!
