This is the greatest picture that has ever been posted on this blog. Again, the PET.com comparison is great.

Just need the background to show a bunch of construction cranes in downtown Miami and that pic would be perfect.

Baghdad Bob sez, "I assure you, there is no housing bubble."

And even if there is, it's probably just a little one. Besides, the 13 trillion dollar US economy is so really, really, HUGE that it can absorb any economic fallout that might result from the explosion of the housing debt bomb. Here's proof:

Don't Worry, Be Happy!

Yes Virginia, there is a Santa Claus.

It was actually originally posted on my blog in response to a request by one of my readers a long while ago when I was doing the whole Baghdad Lereah thing. Just so you know.

See the comment by hanover_fist. Bloggers have a real problem with giving credit where it is due.

"We need a real estate industrial complex playing card deck."

Alan Greenspan would be the Ace of Spades, the big one. Keith could come on the stage and announce "we got him" to thunderous applause.

David L. said " I assure you, there are no sherrifs with eviction papers within 200 miles of your home".

Is it considered rude to pick through someone's belongings if they are cluttering the sidewalk in front of their, er.. the banks, house?
